I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews maybe people who get a fine car wash don't leave a review. But it's close to where I live, it's only $11 and it didn't even take off any of my magnetic stickers. For $11 and being down the street I definitely will go back. A couple of hours later I got a message saying the car was ready to be picked up. Everyone there were courtious and knowledgeable. I was able to get it jump started with the help of my neighbor and then I carefully drove it over here without turning off the car obviously. The Manager was really nice, and he promised to have it checked out today. I stopped by during lunch, and I was happy to see that they had made some progress on my vehicle. The mechanic told me that the battery is still good and its holding a charge. They are using a machine to re-charge it. I was told that I could come back in a couple of hours and that the car will be ready. I am glad that they had the availability to help me today.

As a long-term customer who has spent a significant amount of money here over several jobs since 2021, I expected better transparency and loyalty. It feels like the customer service has shifted since Sean left the shop, and I'll be taking my business to a shop that honors its warranties and values returning clients.
