Upstairs is a food court with a Paris Baguette and several Korean "fast food" options. Nice big dining area with plenty of seating and chairs, especially if people are willing to share. Which you must be, because one minute you're sitting at a table and next a complete stranger, a half toothless 97 year old grandma is grinning at you and waiting for her family to join you at the table, LOL. There is also a separate HMart section for housewares, makeup and stationery with all the latest KPop type trends. Head downstairs, the groceries are in a very similar layout, now bigger. Aisles are still a little tight, but everything looks newer and refreshed. HMart is known for its butcher and seafood, and as always, everything looked fresh and a decent selection. If you hit the store at the right time, you might find a few discounted items to get them out the door before they need to be taken off the shelf. Downside - the cash register ladies always look so mad and miserable to me, like they really really hate working there. I feel badly for them.

I enjoyed a bulgogi udon bowl from Daily Seoul, which had friendly service. Meanwhile in the grocery store, wide-ranging selection of dry goods, fresh fruit, live seafood, etc.

Great store, LOVE all lidls - esp because of the bakery and foreign foods…read more But JFC the workers her are beyond mean/rude/ checked out/ dead inside. I get that it's not a dream job, I get that you're young. Maybe you lost any semblance of social skills during the pandemic. I suppose part of the training to work at Lidl (or any store, really) needs to be : replying when spoken to! Making eye contact when someone talks to you ! Answer when someone simply says 'hi'. It's super sad that this basic human instinct would have to be TRAINED but I suppose it does. Even if it's a fake 'how are you?' Even if it's a phoned in 'hey' ... it's better than total silence and an inability to even acknowledge another human is present. I should go to self check out. Then I won't expect any niceties.... Tho I DO think the machine says 'thanks do shopping at Lidl'.

Be prepared to wait for checkout. I was very happy when Lidl opened in Cherry Hill. Great location,…read moreeasy to get to from work before heading home. The problem is that lately only two self-checkout lanes are ever open, with one regular checkout lane. Mind you, a big strike against the store is that the self-checkout lanes don't take cash, so if you do want to pay cash, you're only option is to wait in the (usually only) regular checkout lane. And wait... And wait... Today I was paying with plastic, and since there was a line for the regular checkout lane (again, only one open), I went to self checkout. Of the four self-checkout stations, only two were open. One of them was flashing a light, waiting for assistance. When I grabbed an employee to help the customer who needed assistance (since no employee seemed to notice the flashing light), I asked about opening more self-checkout lanes and was told that they can't because they are broken. So I then suggested opening another regular checkout lane. That didn't get any response. Instead, the employee who came over to assist the customer went back to moving sodas from one one of the machines near the self checkout machines to one of the units near an unopened regular checkout lane. Yeah, because that's what's most important. At no point did anyone apologize for the inconvenience of having two self-checkout lanes broken. So if you want to go this store, be sure to block plenty of time on your schedule.

Once again , around 5:30 PM I approached the older woman , bringing to her attention that a certain marked down bakery item might have been mistakenly priced ... Instead of checking with bakery about it , she apparently thought it okay to make up several reasons , none of which may have applied , & stated if I didn't like the price , I didn't have to buy it ... FYI the package stated there were supposedly 12 bagels in it , in lieu of the nine that were actually in the bag , further noting that other such marked down bags of bagels all had a dozen in them ... At no time was I either discourteous or demanding , which this piss poor miserable excuse for an employee can honestly not lay claim to ... Heh , if the Kravitz Family doesN'T mind their own customer service personnel are literally chasing longstanding customerS like myself over to Wegman's , or the Cinnaminson ShopRite , whose personnel are far friendlier , it's no skin off my teeth ... Personally ? I'D fire this woman for cause , noting I did my weekly grocery shopping elsewhere today , & really have no issue with it becoming a habit to avoid the Garden State Pavilion Cherry Hill Shoprite store ...

BAKERY REVIEW ONLY!…read more I mistakenly ordered a birthday cake here instead of my usual and much closer Evesham (Ravitz) SR. The cake was beautifully decorated and utterly fresh and absolutely delicious! I didn't buy any food, just some plates and cups. I have to say, just walking by, it looked very clean and smelled super good - not sure what the scent was. It's doubtful that Ill be back here again, but the bakery rocks (I was perusing while I was waiting for my cake).
