I didn't use the pumps, but the food mart service was beyond disappointing. It's a nice new building, but the cold piece in the middle of the floor was off and empty. The woman behind the counter was preoccupied with her phone call, which she had on loud on speaker by the way, I could hear the whole conversation from the complete other side of the store. I personally wouldn't care at all if she were on the phone because it's boring during the gaps when nobody comes in to whatnot, but hang up and call them back or at least take it off of speaker and mute it when customers come in or even less than that but still something, at least acknowledge the people coming in! I wanted to just go wash my hands before shopping and checking out, but I arrived to find a poorly hand written note for customers only on the single stall bathroom doors, fair enough, but then I tried to open them and they were both locked. Come to find out it wasn't because it simply slipped her wonderful work ethic mind, when I asked if she knew the bathrooms were locked she looked confused and with an attitude answered slowly "yeah" as if I should have expected that and why would I ask such a stupid question and told me she could give me the key, so then I asked why they were locked and she answered in the same tone "because we don't want to have to clean the mess" again as if that should go without saying and was a stupid question. All while she was still on her speaker call and her friend was still talking here and there, while I was being rung up and there were about 10 other people in the store now too! Also, if you don't know, this is in a high end and remote suburban location, with a nail salon and hair salon near it and one empty store spot I think. Not at all a place I would imagine they get many (if any) non customers trying to use the restroom let alone messing it up much if at all. I'd be appalled if I owned this establishment, poor work ethic, being rude to and flat out ignoring customers, if I were willing to steal, I could have robbed them blind with her behind the counter. If it weren't for her phone conversation, I wouldn't have even known she was back there! read more
