So glad I found this spot it has everything and the price is right!!! This store has gas, lottery, snacks, deli, coffee, an automatic car wash with self service and detailing options, an auto service shop and it also houses a neat little eatery with hot prepared food called The Cheesesteak Express & Kabob Yay!!! I've been pretty underwhelmed with my car wash options since moving to this area from Maryland. I used to wash my car at least weekly before moving. I've noticed that the car wash service prices in the area are fairly high and the service is usually pretty sucky. Meaning I could do better myself, but there aren't many self service car washes nearby besides the normal unattended gas station drive thru. Fortunately, this gas station is definitely not the norm. The car wash is always attended when I visit and offers monthly options and other specials too. I got the volume pack deal meaning 2 of "the works" washes for $15, Yay again!!! They also have several detailing packages and specials to choose from. This is definitely my new car wash spot. I'll order a lamb gyro and a wash here on the regular! Yay!!! read more

Best place in the area for a car wash. Cheapest wash is $5. Not just your ordinary drive through. Once you pay there are 2 guys standing there before you enter with high pressure washers to rinse the grill, brake dust off your rims, and rear of the car. This pre wash helps a lot. Once your car is run through the wash 2 more guys are standing there to dry your car off. You can't beat their price!!! If you want the inside vacuumed, windows cleaned, and leather conditioned that will cost you around $20. Still an amazing price. read more

Just went through the car wash. Not amazing, but it seemed adequate until the dryers dented the roof of my car. I brought it up to the owner asking if he had a dent puller. He passed me off to the shop who were pikite, but offered no solution other than to suggest a body shop might be the right place to go to seek help. Strongly advise against patronizing this facility since their actions (and lack theirof) indicate a lack of interest in customer satisfaction. read more

1st and last visit, I waited about 7 minutes and finally called out to a guy vacuuming a Mercedes in the other lane. He never looked up or acknowledged me until I called out. There are no visible instructions, just pricing. I told the guy I specifically wanted vacuuming, he said ok, pay at machine. He assisted in that and told me to drive forward which I found odd because the vacuums were right there. I get to the wash tunnel and the guy there proceeds to wash the mats the other guy pulled from the Mercedes he was vacuuming at the entrance. He tells me no vacuuming is available, the lady quit. So what did I just pay for??! There was no one on the other side to dry or do the tire shine I paid $17 for. So I went to the vacuum of the gas station. Went inside the BP, no quarters! I won't even but a snack from this place, let alone another car wash. read more

Good gas station with plenty of open spots most of the time. I was a bigger fan when they gave away free car washes, but their good gas prices pretty much make up for that. I also got an adequate breakfast sandwich there once, but I think it was some kind of packaged food deal, rather than an example of the prepared food you can get there. read more

It's a (very large) gas station, convenient store, and high quality car wash all rolled up into one serviceable location. The staff is friendly, the venue is clean, it's in a nice area, and their store products have a pretty wide variety in food and car furnishings. This gas station offers so much that even I drive out of my way to get there. Sometimes after I get gas want an affordable yet quality car wash ($5!). They have a large beer selection and a decent wine selection to choose from. Also, until 3 PM you can even order food in a dining service area inside the gas station (burgers, gyros, and even pupusas!). In terms of gas stations, I can't really think of another that offers more (not even Sheetz or WaWa's). read more

I had hope for this car wash but I give it 2 stars because it did make my car look clean at the end but left my questioning. They use these hard long brushes at the start and that's when I started to say ouch. It left some minor food particles on my windows and took out some paint on the front of my car. Understand a lot of trucks go into this wash so it's not good for a sedan car to enter cause you'll be getting their dirt. read more

I primarily come here for the car wash and they always do a great job of scrubbing my van before it actually goes through the wash. I do feel like my car gets a good rinse but as far as a decent wash goes I am not willing to pay $20 for a super wash. I stick to the $8 wash to get the grime off my van and for $8 it does just the basics. The guys at the end of the wash line do a decent job of drying off your car but if they just let your car sit under the blowers for a couple extra seconds those poor guys wouldn't have to work as hard(when I say hard they spend 2 minutes tops on drying your car). I would recommend them for a quick wash, they are right down the street, don't expect a fantastic job but your car will be cleaner then when you arrived. read more

Watch out for the car wash scam. They advertise $5 for the basic wash, but they charge your credit card $8. There is a big banner out front that says $5 Car Wash. When you get to the pump, it will ask you if you want the basic car wash. But what you really get is charged $8 instead of $5. When I questioned them on it, they claim that you have a choice between $.20 off the gas price or the $5 car wash, but you don't have a choice. They pumps only asks if you want a basic car wash - there is no details or choice. They claim that it is explained on a sticker on the pump - funny, I checked all the pumps and took a picture - there is no mention of these details, or that you'll get charged $8 instead of $5. Sorry, but you already charge $.20 higher than the surrounding gas stations and now you pull this scam. We don't need this type of business in our neighborhood. read more

I went here because I knew I could get 20cents off my gas with car wash. I tried to push the right buttons to request a car wash. My ticket didn't come out correctly. I was charge full price and the lady argued with me for 20 minutes. She lost my husband and I's business over $3 due to poor customer service. When I need a car wash, I come here because they are the best car wash for the money. If you are looking for a touchless car wash, this is not the place for you; however, if you want the best bang for your buck, this is the place. I don't bother with anything other than the Platinum Wash; it's the top of the line car wash and well worth the money. I almost don't want to tell anyone because it's that good, but I think they deserve the business. For the Platinum Wash, they brush your windscreen, windows, lights, and grill. You then proceed into the "wash ride" and come out the other side where they wipe down nearly every inch of your vehicle including the rims. The real magic is when they clean the interior of your vehicle. They really take the time to vacuum, wash the mats, clean the dash, and clean the inside windows. Here's a TIP for those getting a car wash. Drive-up and pay the guys in cash. Each time I have they type some override code in the system which turns my $10 or $15 car wash into the most expensive package offered. I bought a groupon from this place and it expired not too long ago. I had to be out of state to take care of my ill mother. I came in with all intentions to pay beyond the value of the Groupon voucher but instead I was nastily greeted by the store attendant who rudely told me my voucher was worth zero and then proceeded to ignore me as if I didn't exist in front of him. I understand policy is policy but i could've been treated like a human being. I have been going to that gas station/car wash since it has been open. I will no longer buy their gas, car wash service or any items in the convenience store . It's a shame because I live right by it, but now I pass it by to any where else no matter the distance. All it took was a customer service and an explanation and I would have happily remained a faithful customer. Hope others will experience differently. read more

I have attempted to patronize this business since I live close to it, and have mentioned to the owners how much I try to do business with local establishments. A few times I have gone in and purchased items and the customer service was lacking; I chalked it up as the cashier is having a bad day, we all do. This evening's experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and frankly will never spend another cent there. After my wife and walked into the shopping mart area and went to the counter, the cashier completely ignored us as if we were invisible. As another gentleman walked toward the counter the cashier waved for him to place him items on the counter and he proceeded to ring him up. I stated, excuse me, I was here first and the other customer acknowledged the same. The cashier asked him, not me, what was the problem. As furious as I was, I told my wife we can leave which we did. I understand the small amount of currency I spend there will neither make this business rich or cause them to fold; however I will suggest to everyone to stay away until they understand why good customer service is important to maintaining a viable business. read more
