Between March 4 and March 16, I had my VW timing chain replaced at this location. Upon picking up…read morethe vehicle, I immediately noticed a watery, clear fluid leaking. Since I was charged for coolant replacement, I suspected it was coolant. When I informed the manager, I was instructed to drive the car for a month and return. After three weeks, the leak worsened. I returned to the shop, where the manager personally touched and tasted the fluid to confirm it was not oil. However, their technician misdiagnosed it as an oil leak and quoted thousands of dollars in repairs, which I refused. After driving just 300 miles, the engine's coolant warning light came on. I brought the car back, only to be told the leak was an unrelated issue and that I needed to pay extra to fix the auxiliary water pump. Given that the leak appeared the exact day I picked the car up and I had no such issues beforehand, I strongly believe the auxiliary water pump was damaged during the timing chain repair. Or technician did not place the cover tight and well and had the coolant leak causing water pump broke down. In any event, they should have checked what happened when I went back twice, instead, they gave all excuses turned out to be false.

The air machine looks like it's from the 70s and NEVER works (I've tried twice and lost about $4). You go down the street to the exxon who has gas for a $1 cheaper AND a working air machine.

When someone finally picked up there was silence until I said "hello?" The woman responded with a "hello" and I confirmed I had dialed Sunoco. Once that happened, I inquired about their (advertised) NO ETHANOL gas. They're almost an hour away, so I wanted to confirm they had it before making the trek to get ( we've had no luck finding it locally ). She responded by saying they didn't have it ... I then tried asking if she had a suggestion on where to find it; her response was to hang up on me I realize it's a beautiful Saturday afternoon and she probably doesn't really want to be working. As they say "it is what it is". In my opinion, if she chose to make the best of it, and to be pleasant to customers it would make the day faster (IMO) By making a decision to be so abrupt on the phone, she alienated me as a customer and inspired me leave to this review I always forget to leave reviews, but in this instance I am making an exception in hopes that the business sees this, and is able to remedy the situation. As my Grandfather used to say "you can't fix something if you don't know it's broken" First impressions are IMPORTANT & typically not forgotten, so I'm not certain I will become a customer, but I'm hoping this will be looked at by management as a tool to make some much needed "repairs" ... so more potential long-term customers aren't lost

I give him 5 stars.. I think his 1 on the very few mechanics that I may say so trustworthy.. Now, like what I said I want to concentrate on the lady who works in the front desk.. she's actually new there.. she's very rude.. very loud.. poor customer relation.. does not even know the proper way how to resolve some issues of the customers in a calmly manner.. again in a calmly manner.. raising her voice and insisting and argumentative.. i think she got anger issues I know this shop got good reputation BUT with this new lady .. I hope the owner would reconsider to hire a kind and better one.. I am very used to this guy who used to work there in the front desk.. I think he retires already.. he's way better than her.. thank you!

I ended up paying nearly $300, which is outrageous for the work done. Here's why I'm disappointed: They charged $127.50 for one tire -- way above average market price. The wiper blades cost over $50, even though you can buy quality ones for half that. On top of that, they added fees like "hazardous materials" and "shop supplies", which felt like a way to inflate the bill. No transparency upfront -- I wasn't warned about the high cost or extra fees until the invoice was printed. I expected fair, honest service -- not dealership-level pricing at a gas station shop. I won't be coming back, and I suggest others get quotes elsewhere first. Services Auto windshield repair, Tires, Auto tire replacement
