Hours are wrong and they are not open Sunday. Tried calling and no one picked up, even called the gas station

I will NEVER come here again not even for gas. I had a clanking noise underneath my SUV. they said I needed rear differential replaced. I paid 1200 for a used one and it didn't even fix the problem after having my car for 3 days. I feel like they took advantage of a woman. when I returned to complain they said at the time I needed that replaced and they would not take advantage. I took my vehicle to Mr Tire and it just needed a clamp on the cvt $10 Which they didn't charge me for. Never again mf's. Lesson learned. If I can't stay to see the work being done I'm not leaving my vehicle. read more

Brought my car in and within 48 hours they called me, told me what the problem was, and gave me a price quote. They're availability, demeanor, and service were all great. I am super glad my car was fixed in such a timely manner. Hands down a great service station! They provide great service with excellent pricing and superior work. These guys will make sure you are back on the road in no time. Nabeel and his team are very welcoming, as a female I at times feel funny walking into auto repair shops.... Not here I felt like I was part of the family. If I could give zero stars I would. The guy Mike that manages the invoices and deals with the customers has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The owner was just as bad. The owner does not care how bad his employees customer service is. He doesn't care if he loses business over it. Instead of listening to my issues, he just kept cutting me off. I will never bring any of my vehicles into this location for gas or car service again. I would rather pay dealership prices than bring my car back this location. read more

Not much thought went into choosing this location other than driving by it and needed gas. Traffic is a bit hectic no matter which entrance you chose. The station is on a busy freeway and not all drivers entering the area are paying attention to the customers in the immediate area. You can't just pump gas. You need to be fully aware of your surroundings. There is a tiny convenience store and a body shop. read more

Took my 2015 Traverse here for a state inspection. There was only one significant issue I needed to get fixed, which was expected. Service was fast, they communicated well, and I didn't feel ripped off when I left. Everyone was friendly and respectful. read more

Cashiers have been rude on more then 1 occassion, and the latches on the pump stick. So if you lock the trigger so it pumps by itself, when you squeeze the trigger to unlatch it, it will not move until you physically move the latch itself. Every pump I have been to here does that, and if you pay with a debit card it will force you to go over what you're planning to spend if you're not careful. It once took $2.00 more then what I was planning to pump just trying to get the stupid latch to unlock the trigger. My personal opinion is that there is no way this is a coincidence, but again that's just my opinion. read more

I was heading on a road trip on Feb. 17, 18 when I decided to swing by this Exxon because my tire pressure was low. Based on the sound of my squeaky breaks (which I admittedly ignored for the longest time), the manager, Wilfredo, asked to check my break pads. As it turned out, I needed all four pads replaced. Well, I was in a rush and expressed this to the manager. I suggested I just rent a car instead of running behind schedule, but Wilfredo would not allow such thing. Wilfredo had my car ready in under an hour on that busy Saturday afternoon. After thanking him for his quick turnaround time, I headed to the register to check out and grabbed a Red Bull for the road, which Wilfredo kindly offered gratis. I am re-writing this review again because it was removed. As i said in my initial review, I came here to do MD State inspection on my car. It was brand new car with 1400 miles, non damaged. I knew for the fact it would pass inspection but these guys from Exxon had something else in mind. It took them 6 hours to complete inspection which raised a flag to me. I called them during the inspection which i was parked outside the bay and mechanic told me he's working on it which clearly showed he hasn't touched my car for almost 40 minutes. I waited patiently because i wanted to finish my inspection. Six hours later after dropoff, mechanic called and told me car didn't pass inspection and needed new tires which puzzled me because of being a new car. I went it and disagreed with their finding and still charged me almost $80.00. Luckily having some experience with cars, i refuted their finding and stopped at a close tire center for second opinion. The repeated told me it didn't need new tires. I went to a different inspection station close to them and re-did the inspection in 2 hours got it passed without changing tires. This clearly shows them scamming people. It's sad to see these kind of business model still exist in our times. Robbing in daylight and taking advantage of people without car experience is not acceptable in our societies. I wonder how many people they scammed. STAY AWAY!!!!! read more

Used Car Buyers beware when bringing the vehicle to this Station for Maryland State Inspection. Result of Inspection Report: Replace front Tires, Replace Belt, Rack and Pinion Leak. Paid the Inspection Fee and said I would call or return. Had the tires replaced on Post and changed the belt myself. Observed the Rack and Pinion over several days during the New Years and observed no sign of leakage. My thought was to take it elsewhere but gave the Service Center another chance. Drove the vehicle there and told the owner tires and belt were replaced and see no sign of leakage on Rack and Pinion. I was expecting to hear, "Ok we will reinspect, If that's the case it would pass." Instead this is what I hear, "Will put the vehicle on the lift and call State Police and we will show you it's leaking. Any shop that says it's not leaking I could put them out of Business." With that, Instead of discussing it any further, My mind was made up. I left and made an appointment with another Inspection Station in Columbia, Md. Result of Inspection: Motor Mount, Brake Rotors turned, Front end Alignment. As I expected, No Rack and Pinion leak was listed on the Inspection Report. This 2nd shop was right on with my thoughts with the car and I gave them the approval to repair. With this first Inspection, They are either dishonest or are not completing inspection to Maryland Standards. read more

I have had 2 inspections done at this location. The staff are very nice and helpful. Also, very upfront and honest about repairs as well as the cost. Ran into an issue while doing one inspection but the staff were more than generous and expeditious on resolving the matter. Very convenient location (right off of 295). I got my vehicle state inspection here. They were flexible and accommodating with my appointment time (had to make a last minute change because of work) and they were incredibly professional, honest, and friendly. My vehicle passed the inspection but the technician even went out of his way to let me know I would need to have my driving belt replaced soon. He offered to have it done there but I have to get it done through the dealership and he wasn't pushy at all about it. Would very much recommend! read more

This place is great. I couldn't find a place to get my custom wheels installed in montgomery county and Tirevan (autosquad came out and couldn't do it). I heard about this station and they put them on with no problem. The owner, Nabeel is real cool and very nice. The mechanic, Fredo was super helpful and was very careful with my new chrome wheels. The owner said they can even install up to 26" wheels. Very professional and top notch service. read more

Had my vehicle inspected at another place and was told I needed a new power steering pump, new line, fluid flush, license plate light bulb... They would conveniently fix it all for about $700. I felt like I was being taken advantage of, so I declined the service and brought my vehicle here. They found that the power steering pump had a small leak and would replace for less than half what I was being charged at the other place. All this including the inspection fee. The owner of the station was very courteous and helpful. While I wasn't thrilled about having to spend money on repairs that wouldn't be required in other states, I felt these guys were fair and not looking to take advantage of customers. I don't live in the area so I consider myself very lucky to have found these guys. I had just picked up my car at BWI after a 2 week trip and it was running very roughly. The first place I tried they just scratched their heads and had no idea of what was wrong. Then I tried Hanover Exxon and the mechanic diagnosed it correctly in about 5 seconds (bad coil) and, thanks to the parts store right across the street, I was on my way in 20 minutes for a very reasonable price.
