Absolute worst place to play airsoft. Over the last 2 years has gone to garbage all around. One employee says you don't need to call in before games then getting yelled at once you get there and told if you don't call you won't be able to come back by a different employee. Pitch black arena you end up getting shot by your own team more than the opposing team. They have 6 different lighting modes when you ask the ref to go up even one level on lighting the response is "ill think about it" and not change it for even single game. If you request a game play mode the ref again says "we'll see" then never playing your request through the whole night. They make random teams so every game is mismatched on skill level. But if you ask to be with your son they intentionally split you up half the night. They have rules never seen before such as gun hits count then your gun, red dot, flashlight, etc get targeted and needing repair. If someone is found and complaints about cheating they will give them a soft warning but if you leave the course after a game before the ref says you get kicked out. I will never go here again and would advice all fellow air softers to not get treated like a baby and get talked down to by power tripping refs and pitch black maps and spend your money somewhere where they respect and show loyalty to their customers who are spending $1000s+ read more

Used to be awesome place but currently refs are on power trips. I would wait a couple months before going so new refs can get hired. From the moment I walked in today was attitude and bad vibes. All tables were taken so sat in hall. Never broke 1 rule then got kicked out because I left the field without the ref giving me his blessing to do so when I paid $100/month in memberships then wants to talk to me like I'm 5 when I've been going there off and on for years read more

But the sales associate there, Mason was very helpful in giving information and was happy to help. I was probably very annoying with how many questions I asked... The store in the pictures is closed. They are at Warpaint now. This store is trashed, items not restocked. Brought a marker for repair. Saw mine was behind two spyders. They place the markers in the bin on the sales floor, easily accessible to anyone. After a week of not hearing back I called them, I was told my marker was still 3rd in line for repair. After the second week I took my marker back since it was still 3rd in line. Employees did not care for masks neither did the other 20 plus people in the store during covid. Also in the past, I've order parts from them and the kept forgetting to place the order. One of my orders took 2 months. A place for play not service. read more

Super nice collection on both Airsoft and Paintball, staff was friendly, came in and played paintball, refs where super chill and hyped, Jersey Said Lucky, and the New Hire Kaled? Both nice, helped get us ready and out playin 10/10 will be back, with more people....would recommend bringing own gun if you have one, had to get help with my rental, not a big problem, still had loads of fun with it read more

Great place! Large selection, touch and feel almost everything. Knowledgeable staff. They gave me great insight on markers I should consider even though they didn't sell them! I also recently took a marker for repair. It old them that I was willing to buy a full rebuild and service time to repair the marker. They called the manufacturer for me and ordered the replacement parts for my solenoid. They didn't charge me for the full service time or rebuild because it wasn't needed! this place is great! hubby got into PB and needed a new marker the one that they recommended still fell short of what he needed so after playing with it, having them tune and try again THEY TOOK IT BACK. I'm an avoided paint baller and have been playing for many years. Extreme velocity has almost everything you need to play paintball. If you are a first timer or a seasoned veteran, this is your place. The staff knows the products and the prices are just right. They also carry air soft equipment; I have made many purchases over the years. I have never had any problems with anything I have bought. They have great customer services. The parking lot is small but they make up for it with inventory. They are Salem's one stop paintball shop! read more

If you've never played paintball (or need some advice on how to start), this is the place to check out. The guys working the store know their stuff. Plus, they've been renovating and making the field even better than before. I had played at the indoor field they now own before they moved into it (before it was renovated). The place was a mess back then, but I figured that was normal for a paintball shop. Since Extreme Velocity took over, the place has been *completely* transformed. It went from looking like a high-schoolers bedroom to a well-organized store! Every time I walk in the place I want to buy a new gun...the displays are legit. Facility is awesome first time here would recommend! The only part that needs improvement is the explanation of which packages should be bought. Called ahead to confirm we could rent out the room and they said yes. When we got here there were 2 birthday parties and they "trumped" our unlimited laxer tag passes. Next time we won't be purchasing the unlimited as you have to sit around and wait 20 minutes between each game. read more

The new setup they have is a lot better with more to choose from, I like the web sight set up but would wish that I could see what is in store rather than call in, but when you do call they are very knowledgeable about most anything you ask. The layout is also easy to understand and is affective on searching for a category of items, something that was a problem in the past.
