A solid 4. Man alive is it EXPENSIVE to bowl now a days. Oh lord - do I sound OLD AF saying that!!!…read moreHa! My daughter and I went to bowl as part of celebrating her birthday. She and I chose King Pins. Well I technically chose them as the bowling was the least expensive in the area. And for us two, for 90 minutes, it was almost $70. Yes. That's EXPENSIVE. So we made the most of it and had a great time. We played with all the options in the bowling area for games and were silly and had fun. And clearly didn't bowl well lol But despite the price - fun was had. Service is okay at best over by the "Tap house," but at least the option exists to have "table service," while you bowl. This trip was just bowling. No arcade! Still 4 stars.

It was a last minute ask (thank you, dear child *eye roll*) that I was able to book at a preferred time in under a week, and the kids had fun, which is what mattered most! From start to finish, service was spot on: we were met by Coleton who walked us through the logistics & timing, as well as helped with some changes I requested due to attendance, and our server was Paige who made sure the boys never went without beverages. Pizzas came out quickly so the kids were able to eat & bowl, and everything was timed to perfection so they were able to sing to the Birthday Boy and enjoy cake before heading over for some Laser Tag & arcade time to end the festivities. It was also great to have a table reserved in the arcade area for belongings & whatnot, which also allowed some pitchers of beverages for the rest of the time. The space itself was immaculate and staff was buzzing around to keep tables turned over, bowling balls replaced to their rightful homes for future bowlers and the restrooms (at least the ladies!) were also clean (I know that can be a big deal for families, especially with Littles). All in all, I'd say this was money well spent, especially considering everything that is included in the package. For 7 total kids, I think they played 3-4 games of bowling, we did 2 laser tag games & their arcade time, didn't have to set up, break down or clean up party supplies/food, etc -- id do it again in a heartbeat!

We came for some bowling and to celebrate our kid's birthday. We were having a few friends meet us…read moreand we knew that it was $2 night, a great deal, so we came about 2 hours early so that we could get a lane at the appropriate time. Unfortunately I guess there was a scheduling snafu so our lane that was supposed to be ready at 6:30 wasn't ready until a little after 7:00. Despite the confusion, the staff was really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. $2 bowling, $2 shoes and $2 laser tag on Wednesday, a deal you can't beat. The laser tag was fun and good sized. The bowling alley was smooth and well kept. I am definitely going to add this to my Wednesday night activities in the future.

I typically rate businesses very positively (my average score over 500+ reviews is about a four)…read moresince running any business ain't easy. I see Yelp reviews as a way to help customers (i.e., know before you go) & a means for shops to promote their business. That's why it pains me to give low ratings UNLESS something is egregiously wrong. Prior to or maybe during the pandemic, businesses were hurting so we did our part to help shops by buying gift cards to their establishments. This propped up a few local restaurants we know of but unfortunately, the $100 of "Sweet Tomatoes" (healthy buffet chain) gift cards became worthless when they went out of business. Similarly during COVID, folks weren't going out to game or bowl so we bought gift cards to Big Al's and Superplay. We're still using our Big Al's gift cards. Unfortunately, when we recently stopped by Superplay for some bowling, they said they stopped honoring these gift cards and their "system" couldn't even recognize these cards. We never ever received any word/notification that Superplay gift cards were no good. Basically, almost $100 up in smoke. If a business goes bankrupt, loss of gift card value is understandable. But when doing a good deed (buying gift cards during down times) results in losing you $s even when the business is still running, that just feels like a rip-off. If I could give a zero rating (actually a minus 1 since I'm minus about $100), I would, but "1" is as low as Yelp allows. Superplay......please do better. And word of warning, think twice before purchasing gift cards cuz companies can go bankrupt or can simply decide not to honor them (Superplay)!
