The owner and the helper were both cricket enthusiasts, and let us examine anything we wanted without hovering over us or trying to pressure us towards a purchase. The pricing is very upfront and when I did find what I thought was discrepancy, the owner took the time to explain the difference between the two bats that I was confusing with each other. The selection, especially for a non-cricket playing nation is quite amazing. We were literally in cricket bat heaven. They had bats for every price and for every type of player. I returned with my dream bat, at a price that I planned to pay and a baseball-fanatic son who learned much more about cricket that day from the fellas at Zee. I dropped the rifle off to have a misfeeding issue diagnosed(this is the first gas-operated assault rifle I've ever owned). I was told that they were really backed up and I could expect it to be ready in 2-3 weeks. A little disappointing, but I figured I'd wait as they seem to be the only gunsmith in town. After a couple of months of occasional phone calls I gave up and picked the rifle up a little over three months later. It wasn't ready, of course, but I used the few months to figure out that I needed to switch magazines and regulate the gas. Now my rifle operates great. I suppose I should thank them for forcing me to figure out my own weapon Maybe I should ask them for a job? A warning: this guy is in good with several local gun shop owners and employees, who probably receive priority service. If you're looking for a local gunsmith, you will likely be referred to WAR rifles. I strongly suggest finding a different gunsmith-even if you have to drive out of the area or ship your weapon, you will get it back faster than taking it to these guys. Quick footnote: apparently there's a new gunsmith opening soon in Fairfax near the old Border's and the Wal Mart.

The price was very reasonable, too. Every individual I dealt with at the shop was very nice and helpful. With all the machinery and equipment I saw, it appears these guys can perform a variety of services. I'll definitely be back if I have any other rifle needs.

Just little things like not removing the sales stickers (still gotta scrap that off - it is on there but good) are why this is not a 5 star. Very happy with the service to this point. ************************************** So far so good, We bought a new Thor Scope and the process went pretty well - I will explain the pretty well later ;) First off our sales person Brian Hersey was great. We had great online communication and the great communication continued when we were at the location. No pressure in the sales and he gave us a lot of good info. We took care of most of the paperwork online. Still spent a few hours at pickup :( Right now I think they did very well - which could go up or down. It seems we got the wrong keys. The remotes work but a day later when I tried the actual key it wasn't even close to working, so I think we have some mixed keys floating around. I know I should have checked at the dealer, but I haven't used an actual key in a vehicle for a bit. I am in the process of scheduling the protective coat process, so we will see how that goes. And I need to return a few things since the adapter and surge strip don't fit our Scope. Got a bit of bad advice in the store I guess. No biggy. We will see how this goes and I will update the review.

The salesperson was fine, I suppose, but the finance guy was just an a$$, and I should have walked out because of him. Unfortunately for me, however, I didn't pay close enough attention to the numbers and what was actually being put onto the contract as it compared to what I had agreed to. Because of this, I overpaid dearly for the camper and know for a fact that they manipulated the numbers and ultimately overcharged me by $3,800 on the base price from what I had agreed to and what they posted on their website. Every time I look at the contract, I get pissed off all over again. I will never ever go to this location again - for as long as I live - and if you are brave enough to ignore the overall 2-star rating that this Camping World location has received, MAKE SURE YOU VERIFY EVERYTHING and document, document, document. They will look you right in your face and lie right to it.
