Their sales staff don't have the knowledge of online inventory nor the compassion to offer to help. At Mae's all the staff are anxious to assist you and excited to see you find the right dress. Their custom offerings and expertise made the process of locating and fitting a dress easy and pleasant. When I came in to pick up my jersey, she did a phenomenal job of ironing- or whatever the machine they use is called- on the letters. The other employees were also helpful, though not as energetic as her, and the customized jersey turned out great. Downside: the new location of the Adidas store is allllll the way on the opposite side of where I usually park (on the new end by the movie theater)- I liked its old location much better- and they are not giving those jerseys away for free, that's for sure!
