I offered to change the direction I parked since I parked in front of the door so that the drivers side was directly in front of the door. She then gave me an attitude and stated no without trying to find a solution which would've simply been me changing my direction and placing the scanner into a plastic bag until in my car with the door closed. I will not be returning as none of the staff were helpful or pleasant to deal with. So not only do they have unpleasant staff. They were trying to get me to do something that is illegal in the state of Georgia.

Mind you this place collects three dollars per person for every entry into the yard. Not only was I told to just have the water that was free, but I was met with eyes rolling and sighs From what seems to be the new GM!(old Latin woman with a piss poor attitude!! ) So much so that I felt the need to just leave and say screw the Powerade and my money already spent in the machine as this was causing her undue stress that I didn't need to invoke on a senior citizen on what is only the second day of the work week. These people make it really hard to shop local and not go over to LKQ where they give you service with a smile and help you with the Powerade's in the machine. Let us not forget that you aren't paying us to take your old used parts, we're paying you to take your old used car parts that we take off the cars and pay an outrageous premium for so stop being so mean and hateful to your customers and maybe appreciate them Instead of making them feel so uncomfortable that they say screw their money and leave. Don't worry, I will not be coming back. God hates ugly but he sure made a hell of a lot of it.

At the time, my vehicle had a custom engraved bullet antenna installed valued around $200-$300. When I picked the vehicle up later the same day, the antenna was gone. After reviewing my dash cam footage, it clearly shows the antenna on the vehicle when I left my residence and drove directly to the shop. After leaving the shop, I stopped at a car wash where their entry photos show the antenna was already missing. I contacted the shop to try to resolve the issue, but was told their security footage does not go back far enough and they declined responsibility. I'm not accusing anyone directly, but the antenna disappeared while the vehicle was in their possession. Just sharing my experience for transparency so other customers are aware.

But I am retired and I no longer turn wrenches. Recently my car had had a P0303 code which means the number three cylinder was misfiring. I took it to Savannah car Care. They ran a diagnostic and quoted me $1,000 for the replacement of 8 spark plugs and wires on My 2013 Chevy suburban 5.3 motor. They called me on the phone and I thought it was a joke. But it wasn't! I had the spark plugs and wires replaced in my car 26,000 miles ago for $378. Now Savannah car Care is telling me that I have to spend $1,000 to replace one bad spark plug cable that has gone bad since the last replacement of all 8 plugs. I asked them if they could just replaced the one bad cable and plug. They said NO - that all the spark plugs and cables were bad. Well, to make long story short. I am traveling the country and I needed my SUV, so I said go ahead and do it. Because I complained about the price. They lowered the cost of $906. I've been going to Savannah car Care for about 4 years now. Initially, when I started going there they were great. The manager that I used to deal with left and things have gone downhill. At that time, I had Car Shield warranty and Savannah car Care bad mouth that company to death. Now there are sponsors of that company. Make a pack with the Devil - money talks! Savannah car Care it's no longer the company I used to recommend. They have sold out and now they WAY overprice their services. It's a shame! I will not be back. THEY RIPPED ME OFF BIG TIME! $906 for changing eight spark plugs and wires. SHAME ON YOU! Savannah car Care!
