When asked about a pro-rated charge for the 2 days or a refund, I was told in one word, "NO". No, we don't do that. No, there are no exceptions. No, you're out of luck. Well, NO to you Storage rentals. Will not use your company again. And, you better not rent out that unit for the month of August, cause I'm paying for it. Additionally, after one year of rental, got a notice they were raising my rent 25%. Imagine that, 25% to a customer that was never late with one payment. Just another way to increase profit and screw the customer. Fortunately, there are many, many other options for storage.
