My last storage unit was very dark and the lighting system was awful. At DE Storage New Garden, the hallways inside are bright and well-lit at all times. I don't have to worry about using a flashlight inside my unit to see where I am. Instead, there is general light provided by the facility that helps me be more efficient with my time while feeling super safe. Also, the management team is incredibly kind and understanding. I've only had one credit card on file in the year I've had the unit. The card number has not changed and the card has not expired. My unit has been locked out 3 times in one year as they have not been able to bill my card properly. Expiration is in 2019 yet the woman I spoke to this month adamantly tried to convince me the card had expired. Must keep my storage here due to expense/lack of available units in the area but I will never rent here again.
