I'm only giving two stars because the staff at this location are very helpful. Otherwise the company is a price gouging rip-off. I suspect the entire industry is. They raise rates every 3 or 4 months. One of ours went from $150 a month to over $360 in less than three years. Another from $113 to $177 in 3 months!! Sure your stuff is safe. But look around and find better rates if you can. read more

I only gave this 3 stars instead of 1 because the staff is friendly and helpful. They do keep it pretty clean no complaints there. But the prices are literally ridiculous. My rent raised many times in the years I've been with them. $260 for a 5x10 not even climate controlled. I found another place that I'm renting an 11x7 for $125 and it's climate controlled. Avoid this place unless you want to be ripped off. read more

Nice storage unit. Easy to get to, and very clean facility. The manager showed me multiple units before I decided what size/location worked best for me. I was in and out within an hour from walking in the front door. (Including unloading my stuff into the unit). read more

I really liked this place until they raised my rate by more than 80% without any notifications. They swore they sent a postcard, but they also have my email and could have sent a better notification! Honestly they kept it super clean and safe, and the folks that worked the counter were super nice and helpful. The only good thing is that I was able to shop around and got a bigger space at half the cost they wanted to charge me. So beware they will hike the rent with little or no notice. And the elevators sometimes were not operating so be careful. read more

After 3 months of renting, this company sent me a notice that they were jacking up my rent to $129. They lure you in with a promotional price, and in the contract it states that they can raise the rate whenever they want due to inflation. I understand that, but going from $72 to $129 is a 45% increase. You need to watch this company, I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

My initial and first-year experience with this facility was great - pleasant staff, clean, safe unit, reasonable pricing. And then...'poof!' My rent was increased by about 95%, literally overnight - I went from paying roughly $87/mo to $150.00 (yes, you read that right -- wtf?!?!). Excuses given were 'Covid-driven rent freezes, and needing to bring pricing back up to market... whatever. A price-gouge-like that is simply NOT ok, under ANY circumstances. Shame on you, Extra Space! This is not the way to treat reliable, timely-paying tenants. Needless to say I'll be moving my stuff out this month. It's a shame, the facility's fine otherwise. read more

Great place to store stuff! Shout out to Hilton who is a great person to work with. Very courteous and helpful. Fairly priced and usually has some kind of promotion. If you need to store in the area, definitely do it here: clean, safe, climate controlled, and they provide dolly's for you to help cart your stuff in at no charge (at the facility only!) read more
