The Main St. team, including the manager Gregory, provides friendly, super service! He's helpful and has been very easy to deal with. My good experience also extends to Anthony, who helped me when I brought over a large size wood and concrete wall sculpture my cousin gave me. I needed to store it in my unit as an interim steps to hanging it in my apartment. It turned out the piece was awkward with flatbed dolly, but team member Anthony came to the rescue, even assisting me in getting it to my unit. When I offered to tip him, he turned me down. I recently moved out on February 27, and I am paid up until April 16. They refused to give me any money back. Any reputable company would minimally give me at least one month's rate back. They then had a regional manager call me and offer me $120 for the almost 2 months. Meanwhile, they can now get money for the same unit that is currently empty, not to mention the interest from my paying 3 years in full. DO NOT USE THEM! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

My rate was increased within months of storing my items. The facility manager Bryon told me that he was on lunch and would call me back regarding prorating my rate since I was moving my items out of the unit but never did. I then called again another day and was told that regardless of the move-out I had to pay a full month and that I wasn't allow to receive the prorated rate even though a customer service rep said that he notified Byron of my move out. Do not be fooled by these high ratings and I recommend to never use these storage facilities ever.
