Leading up to the move Karina was in close contact with us every step of the way making sure we had all of the information and help needed to ensure things would run smoothly. Day of, Romy and his team were personable, professional, fast (yet careful) and incredibly accommodating - I'm hopeful we won't be moving again soon, but if we were I would absolutely be requesting Romy and his team again. One bit of context - We had heard that Vector was one of the least expensive options available - for us, their quote did come back in the upper middle of the 6 or 7 companies we looked at, but also did not change, and there was no pressure placed on us to pay extra for the handful of things we failed to account for in the initial quote.

We have moved multiple times in east cost always use the same mover from NY. This time thought of trying a NJ based mover. Here are the issues 1.Lack of professional behavior. They came inside saw that entryway table had a few bills picked them up asked me which currency it is. 2. One of the kitchen packers opens lid of my spice box (I had leaves and chillies puts his nose in sniffs and asks what is it? 3. Packed every little thing in white wrapper so unpacking was hell. Single stainless steel spoon wrapped in 4 layers of packing . 4. Who does this .packing open can of bleach with groceries. While unpacking I saw white dust thought its paint once I hit end of box it was bleach so ended up throwing everything from that box. Which professional mover does that 5. Random packing. I had very organized closet but they picked random items and packed in diff boxes so i had box with sweaters pillow covers photo frames and belts all from diff parts of closet. LASTLY we were given pricing we paid that by bill and paid $800 extra over that without receipt as they demanded that they packed box. When vector gave me a quote it included 10 medium boxes $20 per box but the guys packed everything with white wrapper in kitten not one but 4 sheets and increased boxes packed to 30 , unethically charging us for small boxes stuffed with white paper. Please note it was a very painful experience and no one deserves this kind of billing or nonsense

Stay away from Marty and this company. If you want the job done right with accountability,…read moretransparency and communication, go with different company. Our job was simple: move out our furniture into our home garage, basement and bathrooms for us to do the flooring of our home. Marty jumped on the assessment, came quickly and estimated the cost of 3 hrs. After that, he was out of reach. I left him multiple messages about the contract for example to clarify some things and he never called me back. His appointment manager did everything possible to reach him and then she would give me a call back with information. It was just a weird red flag about this company. We didn't pay anything yet but I can't even confirm how it works. He doesn't call at all. Why? No idea. So it happened and we had some damage accidentally during the move out. Minor but kept us vigilant and uneasy about dealing with Marty. Again, I left multiple messages to get clarity on how damages are handled and nothing. The assistant refused to engage in the subject telling me that she doesn't handle contract details. Ok..... they just replaced the rolling leg on the cabinet drawers they broke to appease and it didn't even fit... Fast forward to move (back) in. Massive water damage due to Marty's guys storing things improperly in the tub and not making sure the faucet is securely off. It turned out, it was dripping for a whole week and everything in the tub was soaking wet (name brand purses in luggages, clothing, towels, comforters, pillows...) and moldy. The guys admitted they shouldn't have used the tub at all for storage. It was a bad idea. In all of this, I asked Marty to call me back and I sent him pictures of all the new found damage as we unboxed everything fully (3 days after the move in) and he wouldn't call back. Brushes the whole thing off as if it is not their fault. They reimbursed only a fraction of the cost and ignore every request to contact us. It's very frustrating. Massive losses that can easily add up to more $1500 not to mention the headache of dealing with all the wet contents of the luggage and pillows with moldy smell. I can't unrecommend Marty enough. Please stay away and get a better communicating guy who cares about his client and communicates better.

They set up an appointment to first review the content that needed moving, but then Fritz never showed up. I called and left a message and Fritz called me back hours later with excuses but essentially took the blame. We rescheduled for today, but Fritz never showed up or even called. We left another message and they haven't called us back. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I will never use them, and never recommend them to anyone. Zero stars for zero effort and zero customer service (if I could).

The only excuse I can make is that they made the…read moreprocess so easy, I slid directly into handling everything on this end of the move instead of being angry or worried about the front end. The team was prompt, professional, and careful, and we are very grateful we chose 360. TL;DR details: After I sent 360 a request for bid via their website, Shane called me within 10 minutes. He booked an appointment for the next day, showed up exactly when he said he would, and proceeded to look at everything. He asked smart questions, and took me seriously. As he was leaving, Shane took a moment to explain to me that 360's bid would take into account the cost of fairly paying their qualified, experienced team to do their jobs correctly. My spouse and I are 100% behind that! He had the bid to me less than an hour after the appointment. The bid was what we expected: more than other moving companies who try to get the job by low-balling it. But it's true that you get what you pay for. On the appointed messy day in February, the team picked up at our apartment and the storage area (used to keep us from tripping over packed stuff the month before M-day). They packed up furniture, large framed objects, and mirrors. They were fast and thorough, but it still took several hours, so delivery had been scheduled for next day (we moved a couple hours north). Next morning, the guys were here to put everything where we wanted. While they worked, I slept in the bathtub because I was knackered. The only other company whom I seriously considered was located across the street from where we lived. They made an appointment for a video consult. As I carried my phone around the apartment, showing them everything, she asked me to estimate how many boxes we would have. Isn't that what they're supposed to tell me? I had to insist that they raise the number, because we'd just moved two years previous, and what she said seemed really low. Anyway, they got back to me the next day via email with the bid which was similar like 360's, but I didn't really like them. It seemed like they expected to get the contract simply because we were across the street, and they couldn't be much bothered to do the work to make a real estimate. It probably would have been fine, but as I said (see above), we are grateful we found 360 Degree Moving, and we'd choose them again in a second.

This was long overdue! I highly recommend McGraw moving!…read more Pat McGraw and his entire staff are very professional and wonderful people to work with. They came right on time; had enough people for the job and finish without wasting any time. They were very careful and gentle while moving everything in the house. They went out of their way to carry and move things the way we want. Once the job was complete, they offer to come back if we need to rearrange any furniture. Indeed, we needed to move stuff around. Sure enough, within two days they came back! Finally, after our TV was installed we realized that it was damaged, when I told them about it, they said it would be very unlikely for them to cause the damage since they move it separately in the van and yet they were ready to work (reimburse) with us. We later figured out that it was damaged during installation. Thank you McGraw moving. I hope I don't have to move again; but if I do, I will most definitely will move with McGraw moving!

On the day of the move, Pat and 4 other individuals arrived (15 minutes early) and got right to work. They started with a walkthrough review of what was being taken and what was being left. The crew worked diligently and efficiently. They were careful not to mark any of our belongings and made sure to wrap everything. They drove to our new house and got right to work unloading. They were great about placing furniture exactly where we wanted it and even adjusted a few pieces for us. All of the workers were diligent, professional, and friendly. The final price was exactly what was quoted. We would use them again 100%.

This year has been a lot of moving for me, and moving is so stressful. I've heard great reviews…read morefrom my nyc friends about roadway moving, so I decided to get a quote from them. After talking to them, I knew I wanted to go with them. Their customer service, attention to details, and organization are 5-star levels. One thing that really stood out to me was that instead of asking me how many boxes I need, they asked me to send them pics of my place and stuff, and they calculated the number of small, medium and large boxes I need. It's so easy to underestimate and get a different price at the end. Also, I know I wanted packers because its speeds up the entire process of moving and settling in. I'm so glad I did with Roadway. It usually takes me over half a week to pack and be stressed for over a week, but Diego and his 3 teammates packed up our studio in 2-3 hours. They're so professional. They moved so quickly with care and accuracy. Most importantly, all my kitchen appliances were wrapped with care and delivered and arrived to my new apartment in the same condition. It took us about 2 hrs to settle in, and they once again unpacked most of the furnitures and reassembled them, making me feel settled in and relaxed. I cannot thank their team enough. They're all so polite, friendly and efficient. Within 1 day, I already feel 95% settled in. It's the easiest, stress-free moving experience I had in a while!

Before they even arrived, I got a tracking link to follow their location just like Uber, which immediately made me feel at ease. Crisanto and his crew showed up right on time and were incredible. They worked quickly but carefully, wrapping all of my furniture and somehow managing three giant mirrors without a single issue. Not one complaint and not one moment of stress. What really stood out was how above and beyond they went. They helped me figure out which part of my couch would actually fit in my space, laid out my rugs, and organized everything so I could still move around my studio comfortably. Also shoutout to one of the crew members who was on his first day. You truly could not tell. The whole team was professional, efficient, and just genuinely great to work with. This was hands down the easiest move I've ever had. If you are debating which moving company to use, this is your sign. Go with them.
