I can never remember to buy packing tape for my house, but they are always happy to tape up my packages for me when I drop them off even when I'm using a prepaid shipping label. The shopping center is so convenient. I can always knock out at least one other errand (usually grocery shopping at Fresh Market) when I have to take my packages. Or I can just use this errand as an excuse to visit Starbucks, Gelati Celesti, or CFA across the street. Their COVID practices are great. I've been in about 3x since the pandemic started. Social distancing is enforced and masks are worn by customers and staff.

I came downstairs. I heard the toilet flush and sat downstairs a few minutes. when he didn't come back downstairs, I went upstairs to see what he was doing. I found him with both sides of my jewelry box open.He closed it and said something fell out of it and he was putting it back. I was home alone, so I didn't say anything. I did call the company while they were still here. I did notice that my engagement ring was still sitting on my dresser. I explained this to the company. I told them he had no reason to be down by my jewelry box. The company is believing them and said they would not have their workers disrespected. I didn't disrespect them at all. I was home alone and was afraid to say anything. I can't believe that the company took up for their employees instead of their paying customers. I had no reason to call them and lie. I wasn't asking for anything except maybe a sincere apology. I didn't get that. They are basically saying that I'm lying. Just so you know, there is not a gold bracelet in there.

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Two Men and a Truck…read more During my move, the crew pulled my dresser away from the wall without using a dolly or having a second person assist. As a result, they broke the dresser. When they showed it to me, they immediately claimed that it had already been broken and previously glued back together -- which is completely untrue. The dresser had never been broken before. They are now trying to say the glue and screws show it was previously repaired, which is false. The damage happened during their handling. They then had me sign a form, telling me I was just acknowledging that they took photos and were starting a damage claim. I later realized the form was not what they represented it to be. I feel I was misled into signing something under false pretenses. In addition to the dresser, they dented my washer during transport and caused frame damage. Instead of properly addressing the issue, they repeatedly punched the washer in an attempt to push the dent out. They are now refusing to repair or properly fix that damage. The problems did not stop there. They removed doors from their hinges and failed to reinstall them properly. Some doors now will not go back on the hinges at all, and others were damaged during removal. They also scratched multiple walls throughout the home. Overall, this experience was careless, unprofessional, and handled dishonestly when it came to accepting responsibility. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this company.

These guys wrapped and secured everything with a level of care you just don't see anymore. Honestly, I wish I had taken pictures -- the way they packed and protected each piece was incredible. You could've turned the trailer upside down and nothing would've shifted. That's how solid their work was. We had to take some very narrow, rough back roads to get to my place -- ruts, tight shoulders, barely enough room for a car and a trailer side-by-side. I was nervous at first, but the driver handled it like a true professional. Not once did I feel like my belongings were at risk. Everything arrived in perfect condition, not a scratch, not a scuff, nothing loose. They worked hard, stayed polite the whole time, and treated my move like it actually mattered. Absolutely five stars. I'll be using them again, and I'd recommend them to anyone who wants their belongings handled with real care.

Throughout that entire process, I was in contact to have A Movers take my belongings from the storage unit to my townhome. Due to the other companies negligence, I had to reschedule A Movers THREE times. I was mortified to notify David each time, but he was SO UNDERSTANDING and patient. He even personally came to the storage unit to meet me before his team loaded up their truck. Because he was so flexible with my situation, my moving experience did a complete 180. The movers were supposed to show up between 9-9:30am, but when we didn't see them by 10 we called the main office. By 10:30am we were able to get in touch with our mover who said he'd be another 2-3 hours. When we hadn't heard from them by 2 we called several times and left voicemails, but received no response. By 3 the mover's phone was going straight to voicemail (we suspect he turned his phone off) and there was no one at the main office to assist us. At 4 we decided to cut our losses and hire Hercules Moving, which saved the day. We never heard back from the original mover or received an apology. Terrible customer service and complete lack of professionalism.
