Even the facility smells amazing thanks to her attention to detail--seriously, when have you ever walked into a storage place and thought, "Wow, that smells good?" I had an issue with one of the units due to an act of God, and Telisa helped me resolve it immediately with no runaround. She always followed through, always cared, and always tried to help, even when her hands were tied. Now to Extra Space corporate: you have some serious explaining to do. I originally signed up online for a $150 per month special that was advertised as a yearly rate. Just a few months in, I received a notice that my rate was increasing. That "12-month rate" was nothing more than a bait and switch. Thankfully, Telisa advocated on my behalf and got it honored--because that is just who she is. But after that first year, the price hikes became nonstop. It felt like every few months I had to call to fight another increase. Telisa did what she could, but corporate's hands-off, profit-over-people approach made it clear that loyal customers were not your priority. Truthfully, I would not have stayed as long as I did if it were not for Telisa. She deserves a raise, recognition, and a better company supporting her. From the jump, they were responsive, gave me an actionable quote, and maintained communication until the day of the move. I sent a list of what was being moved to make things easier. On the morning of the move, they arrived with two movers, father and son, and a third was on their way. However, when Robert saw the quantity of the move, he cancelled the third mover. To me, that's integrity. He could've easily had the other mover show up, maintain the original (higher) quote, and I would've been none the wiser. They were efficient, friendly, quick, and most importantly, all of the items arrived exactly the way they picked them up. On top of that, we have a duo adjustable bed that they expertly took apart, wrapped, unwrapped and reassembled just the same. Last, they were able to put our furniture exactly where we wanted it. They finished in half the time that was originally quoted. Therefore, I highly recommend AAA Soto Moving and Storage. If we move again, they've got the job.

We live in house with serious storage needs and required just a little help until we could build shelves and a shed. The staff was courteous, polite, professional, and helpful. They gave me thorough tour of all the available options. There were no surprises: they explained that the units were externally facing and not self-enclosed, so they advised expecting some desert dust to get in periodically. We were fine -- I covered everything with tarps, garbage bags, or just left it uncovered for things we could brush off. I've seen the other review about infestations but found no invasive desert species in my unit. My stuff was dusty but fine. I was impressed by the security as well. As we prepared to clear out our unit, I forgot to replace the lock on the door. I was called promptly after the evening security check to confirm the status. Since I had emptied the unit that day and was paid up, the agent quickly and efficiently canceled the theft report, closed up my contract, and ceased my automatic billing to avoid mischarging. Basically, it was straightforward and professional. They were straight with me about what to expect and I feel like I got my money's worth. If we're ever in a jam like that again for space, I would rent from them again.

I've had for 3 months , maybe been there 3 times in…read morethat whole time and today I was locked out of my unit and told I had to leave the property because I had my dog with me and all of a sudden it's in my lease that my baby chihuahua who is a very very obedient, well trained service animal that you can't even tell he's with me ever cuz he's so quiet and well behaved and so small . So in order to get into my storage i had to leave my dog in the car or have someone leave work to come get him for an hour which also means he would be away from me and not able to do his job, leaving me at risk medically. Mind you I signed my lease while I had both my dogs with me not just the one and they had treats in the office for the dogs and gave me a bag when I asked for so I could pick up the poop cuz I left my bags in my truck. So how does a lease I signed then all of a sudden change without my knowledge, forcing them to be so rude with me and my surface animal to the point where they locked me out of my paid storage till I follow rules in my lease.... Unbelievable! Than tell me I can not be there longer than 2 hours and once the hour and a half mark passes(90minutes) - the employee was then at my storage door telling me to start packing up that I needed to get out of there. It was time to go and then would come back every 10 minutes to make sure I was ready to leave at the exact two hour mark - 120minutes to unload a huge house I just moved out of - impossible! How to keep my U-Haul another day pay the extra money cause I was not allowed to be there longer than two hours. And two wrap everything up with a cherry on top. My unit completely flooded when it rained today to the point where everything in my storage that was on the floor was soaked ruined or has to be washed, cleaned or thrown away cuz there was so much rain very quickly ! They had to have known that it was going to flood like that ! It was not their first day of that location that had ever rained. They have been there for years. Knowing that exact unit had to flood like that frequently and still sold to me .

I was there near closing time a couple of times and saw what was certainly people going to units to sleep for the night. The staff is not honest anymore. The last time I inquired about the moving truck it was out of order. I also used to keep a spare key at the front desk which they threw out during an ownership transition and didn't notify me.
