I also was forced to buy one of their locks, because I didn't want to leave the bin unsecured. I was told they only work through the place once or twice a month do to the lack of employees. So how long was my bin with out a lock? To top it all off they want to raise my monthly payment by 13.00. Also every time I call no one answers the phone or returns calls.

The only stairs up to the second floor were spiral which made it impossible to use for these large items. They securely wrapped all of my furniture before it left the apartment. 2 of the guys also helped me put together some Metro shelving because the TV had to be placed on it. They were very professional and extremely efficient.

I had multiple bags (nice, easy to move storage bags) of clothing that ended up upstairs that should've been brought to the basement. When I brought this up they ignored me. They still moved everything without any issues and they didn't even make a mess. The guys were polite and helpful and before they left they made sure everything was exactly where I wanted. The head mover then inspected everything for damage including my walls but there was none to be found. They had my furniture in storage for a month but since they wrapped everything it all remained clean and smell free. The movers also handled the move of the people out of the house we bought a I had recommended them during the inspection. They said at the closing the movers were very helpful and they told their agent they would recommend them to his other clients. I trust them enough that I referred them to my boss. They are moving her parents in a few weeks. Moving always depends on the crew and the management and they both seemed like they wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. I can't say enough good things about them. If I ever move again they will be my first call.

Truck was too small for my things, too tall for the storage unit to get in, no care with my things. There was an "old-fashioned" writing desk, some framed paintings, a big standing mirror, a grandfather clock and a bunch of ceramic pieces I was particularly worried about bringing. First, the movers walked through the house with me so I could show them everything that needed special handling. They individually wrapped the pieces and added protection around the corners of the desk and mirror before loading. They also found a few boxes in the loft that we hadn't noticed during the initial assessment, and the crew had no problem fitting them in. They were slow to deliver because of traffic, but when the delivery did arrive, they brought in the delicate items first and made sure they knew where I wanted each one. After a few hours of driving, they still didn't rush to put the furniture together; instead, they took their time. I felt that the way they packed and delivered the items to the final destination was very well done.

The delivery arrived at our new home just after 8:15 pm, and even the electronics were delivered completely dry. It was clear that they were preparing for such things....
