Well, when the truck got delivered #1 it smelled like smoke and there were spray cans of Ozium left in the front seat, so clearly their driver was smoking in the rented truck. #2. They went thru the EZpass lane without paying the tolls and I got hit with a $81 fee from Budget. I tried contacting Brandon multiple times, sent him photos of the charge, and was ignored and did not get any response. Very unprofessional company and I would not recommend using this service.

I immediately turned to yelp knowing I would be able to find movers that had been vetted since I needed his apartment cleared with in 2 Days. Well Off Moves were the first responders giving me a flat rate estimate the night I set up the project. The estimate increased when Vincent came to view the job the next day. But I must say the increase was justifiable considering he was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Everything was broke down, moved, and set up efficiently by the following afternoon.

He never showed up, never delivered the materials, and stopped responding to my messages entirely. After I posted about this on the Nextdoor app, multiple other people came forward saying he also tried to scam them in similar ways. I'm reporting him and his so-called business to the Better Business Bureau and urge anyone else who's had a similar experience to do the same. Do not trust this person with your money or your home.

WOW!!!! Jared Miller and Junk 215 are Rock Stars!!!…read more Not only did Jared show up on time, he honored his estimate. These two points; punctuality and honesty and two things this industry typically does not have. I contacted many junk removal companies for their services. Most were priced higher, most had serious bad attitudes, and one in particular, did a bait and switch on me after showing up late initially, then not showing up all the next day. Junk 215 showed up on time, honored their estimate even though my pickup was larger than expected and were a delight to work with. My real estate agent was at my house and said Junk 215 even swept the garage and cleaned up and made everything spotless. If you need a a junk removal service in the NJ/PA area who are dependable, professional, extremely cost competitive, and a joy to work with ... then Jared and Junk 215 is the place you should hire......A++++ service...
