my storage unit that i literally only had for 8 days had rat droppings and pee all over my bed/box spring , table & chairs that were also chewed up, 3 piece couch set , and my newborns clothes, blankets etc are covered in it as well and some boxes and even PLASTIC box were chewed up and a rat jumped out of the couch and into the ceiling when my husband opened up the unit. the claim adjuster asked if i had food in the storage... like hello it's a STORAGE, even if there was food in there which there wasn't-- there shouldn't be any Rats here!!! we should have been made aware before we paid for the damn overpriced unit. about 5,000 in damages do not do business here!!! read more

Don't use this business! All our stuff has rat droppings and they don't compensate for damages. Very unsatisfied !

So far, so good! I just recently began renting here and so far everything is fine. The grounds are neat and free of debris. There's someone on site 24/7. Customer service has been excellent and they had the best deal for what I needed. I'm hoping to come back in 6mos or so to change this 4 star rating to 5 stars! read more

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! RAT INFESTATION!!! MANAGEMENT IS AWARE AND DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT!!! Let start this review off with, the Store Manager Vanessa Keys is the most abrasive, rude and unprofessional person I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. On 2 separate occasions, she had the opportunity to show that not only is she good at her job and she FAILED! She has Zero Empathy and provides terrible customer service. Her idea of customer service is yelling at her customers when they inform her of the RAT infestation they have. Ok, so about the RAT INFESTATION..... on the day I moved my belongings out. I was greeted to the following pictures that I have attached to this review. Imagine how how it is to see your belongings have been destroyed... I was heartbroken. (My stuff was in this storage unit from Nov-Feb just as a reference which speaks volumes of the type of problem they have.) After packing up the truck, I got to the office to let her know about the problem, she immediately gets an attitude with me, literally before I could even say anything. I proceed to tell her that she has a Rat problem and her words are... "I know." Imagine my shock!!!! "Why didn't you let the tenants knows? I would have lined my unit with rat poison.... done anything to protect my belongings. Her response.... it's not my fault people store things they aren't supposed to store and I don't have time nor do I need to inform anyone." She proceeds to tell me that she doesn't have to take my "abusive behavior" (me asking questions and informing you of a infestation is abuse.... hardly!) As I'm leaving the office a new tenant approaches me.... and ask about my experience with the storage unit... I tell him to beware... they have a rat problem... so make sure you have extra insurance and put down posion. Vanessa proceeds to come out of her office, yelling that I can't tell him that and that he shouldn't listen to me. I might sound like a bitter angry customer but the pictures of the damage they did to my couch, the wires of my charging end table... and the wood they chewed up speak for themselves. read more

New customer on my first day the gate code didn't work Friday afternoon and told the guy after I signed that I needed to enter cuz I had stuff to put in there which is why I got the storage he said he would get it fixed before the end of the day when I came fully loaded with a truck the gate code did not work I was stuck outside waiting for somebody to let me in a guy who was so rude and let me and he said he couldn't even though he saw my fully loaded truck called the office they were closed I'm going to ask for reimbursement because I wasn't able to go in what should I pay for the days that I wasn't able to go in they lie about the price on the phone it's one thing and in person it's another this place seems ratchet people are rude and considerate and there's a liquor store right by here I feel like it's a altercation waiting to happen. I am currently in the process of moving last weekend I placed funiture in a storage unit at this site, last night when I opened the unit to drop off another load I noticed some of my funiture had been chewed on. This business provides poor customer service to those no longer leasing a unit. Marisol in the office refused to provide documentation of an annual itemized payment statement, a copy of the lease and refused to refund the prorated amount for unused storage time. Although not an accredited business a complaint was also filed against this location with the BBB - Better Business Bureau. To add pricing was increased for a monthly cost of $129.00 for a 5X10 unit. read more

There is no electricity in the units to plug a light on so you can see inside of the unit so what's the since of keeping the gates open so late one evening about 9pm I stoped by my unit to get something the only reason I was able to see in my unit was from my head lights from my car also it's a good thing my unit is on the outside and not a unit on the inside because I didn't have a flash light with me also the premise always has trash on the outside of units that should be picked up daily from the employees read more

We had our belongings in this storage facility for about 3 months. When we called to reserve a unit, the lady we spoke to told us we should be fine with a 10x10. We weren't! Our couches didn't fit. Our only option was to rent an additional storage and we didn't want to do that so we had to get rid of our couches. Then, when it was time to move out, rats had chewed through the "roof" and there was rat poop all over our stuff. So gross! read more

Super. Call center rep awesome. Confirmation personal call from site within 30 minutes. This is going to be a good experience all around. This 5x5 is going to serve a great purpose. I live in a studio with limited space. I also have two wonderful adult children 27 and 30 who like to leave few things with mom. Well for a pretty good price it is now in storage. I wish I could give this business 0 stars. My Bf and I have been renting with them for almost a year now and everything was okay until the day we moved out.. We had just paid our storage bill so we were paid through July but decided the things that were in there we either needed to pull out to use or just throw away, so we pulled everything out on Sunday when I went to sigh into my online account on Monday to process the "move out" it said you currently have no unit with us. MIND YOU WE ARE PAID TIL JULY, so I called them and they said since the unit was empty they "ASSUMED " we had moved out. Um no, first off when you see someone's unit empty that had just paid their bill YOU SHOULD NOT ASSUME that they moved out, you should CALL us first and make sure our unit did not get broken into, and ask us if we moved out. The manager stated whenever they see any unit empty they assume the people moved and and close their account. BEWARE! Your belongings may not be safe here. I will never rent with them ever again read more

This place is DISGUSTING!!! We had two separate storage units, and when we went to get our things after moving into a new home, both units were infested with rats; half of our property was destroyed. After filing a complaint with BBB, they denied liability but agreed to a full refund of our storage fees. That was well over a month ago, and I am still dealing with incompetent people trying to get the promised refund. I have just had to file a second complaint with BBB, since I am getting nowhere with the company management. Do NOT store anything of value at this facility! read more

Only reason I rate this one star is because for me to leave my comment I have to rate. This place is horrible. It looks nice but they have a rat infestation!! I paid $20 extra a month for insurance to make sure all my items are safe and untouched. I had washed everything I put in storage before I had put it in. We talked to the manager and her response was "ive seen worse" and there's nothing they can do about it. Imagine opening up your storage, which was clean, to having a whole bunch of rat poop all over your stuff. I haven't checked to see if they had bitten through anything yet but I'm pretty sure they can't help me with that either. Do not rent from them!!! read more

Everthing was okay when I signed up fee different from what I was told over the phone, that was my first mistake. I put all my stuff in storage expecting my stuff to be the same when I picked it up it is been 8 months I went in storage occasionally in the begining. I finally had a place to stay went to pick up my belongings from storage and rats had invested the whole storage I talked to supervisor and was advised there was nothing she could do even though I paid insurance so I would advise everybody not to go unless you want your stuff infested with rats when I asked her about it she made a comment that there is rats but never advised me when I signed my papers that is something that we should know about she offered rat traps after the fact. I could have left my stuff outside my garage and it probably would've been better taken care of. read more

I went to extra storage today to move my things into my storage unit. Nobody was there to let tenents into there units. I wasn't given a key prior to moving my things. I was told a letter was sent to my home never got letter. I was also told that nobody was at this location due to a emergency at another location. Personally extra storage should have a plan of action for emergencies instead of having angry tenents outside complaining. I'm glad I'm only using this storage unit for a short period of time because from what I've seen many customers are not happy with extra storage at this location. read more
