5 stars for the staff. Especially the young lady in the front. She was amazing they are always super helpful and very kind. As far as the storage it's okay but, my storage kept going up in price and there was water damage to a lot of my stuff. Also found out from others thst they had locked in rates. I've been a customer for 20plus years wish they helped me with locking in my rates. read more

I left a review before but now there are some different people working in there but the service has not changed. It is absolutely amazing and so I just have to give a special shout out to the women in the office that are working there now that have given me exceptional service which is Aaliyah and jazz. They are super helpful and raised the standard of customer service. I recommend this facility and I have been storing here for about 3 years and don't plan on going anywhere else. Be weary of this place and their price hike bs. I was there for 3 months and then the fourth month they were already raising the price to double. When I called they gave the standard bs speech about market rate and that they can raise the price once a year. After complaining she agreed to lower it from the 160 to 120 which is still ridiculous to me since the original payment was 85 i think. Now I just received another notice on the 12 month of being there that they are raising it again but this time from 120 to 200. To be clear what I have is an inside unit 10x10 and it will be costing 200?! Wtf!!!! I can bet you that the market pricing is not 200 for an inside unit, matter of fact I will be moving to a storage place pretty close to them for an outside unit for 110. Just as a sidenote my best friend has a unit in the same location and they raised his from 115 to 200 after 3 months. Needless to say we will be moving both the units to the cheaper place. The rental process is fast and easy! I did it all online and they had everything that I needed in the space when I got there! The gate and door codes were sent to me as soon as I made the initial payment. I was surprised that e wry thing went so smooth. I had to use this storage facility for over a year because I moved cities. They raised prices throughout the year SIGNIFICANTLY. By the time I moved out all my stuff it was covered in the biggest black widows I've ever seen and insane amount of dirt and debris. They kept the road where you drive in clean but only to find out all the dust and debris would be blown into your unit. All my stuff I had in storage was completely dirty and moving out of it left our clothes filthy. Don't recommend. I am now at a different facility paying over $100 LESS for the exact same unit. Save your money go somewhere else. read more

I've been with Extra Storage Space in Manteca for a few years now . Cindy is so friendly. I left when I didn't need a unit and then came back to Extra Storage Space because of Cindy's hospitality. She made me feel safe and comfortable here. ALSO when I had COVID this year in January, I was unable to make my payment and I kept in close communication with the staff. At the time there was no relief for people's income if they were out of work due to COVID. BECAUSE of how Extra Storage Space handled this situation I will be staying with them even though I was considering to leave for another storage space in town with a lower rate...The manager tried to do as much as he could for me and just after the 30 days I was finally able to make the payment before the fees got out of control. read more
