The other was empty. At some point I called to see if I could return the unused one and I was told no they had to be returned together. So I ended up pay about $500 for something I didn't need Additionally when you call the location you never know whether your getting the local franchise versus the national 800 number. The guys that drop off and pick the u boxes where great.

I have come to this facility four times this week and no one is ever in the office. There is a number to call which ultimately leads to a property manager who NEVER calls back. If you beep your lock clipped, they only help you once a month. I had to pay for a locksmith. The employee today showed up 20 minutes late. There were 4 customers total who needed help and two left of frustration. Horrid customer service. Store here at your own risk.

Customers leave them all over the facility and take as many as they want, oh wait seems there are only four for the property. The carts are in bad condition and falling apart. Elevators are smaller than most other places and have issues working. "Getting stuck in the elevator and the call bell not working, the control panel in the elevator flopping open exposing everything, maybe that was causing the elevator not to work properly. How many times did it not work???? Oh wait call but didn't work and when it finally responded, no one in the office or answering the number on the front door. And yet they complained that i left after the closing time!!! One more thing. I understand their idea of security, but having to type in your access code at the front gate and then each and every time you need to use the elevator os utterly ridiculous when there is no security at this site!!!!
