It's by far the nicest, cleanest, and most well-maintained storage facility I've ever used (and seen). Among the standout features is the huge double garage where you can pull in to unload and load, which is a game-changer in Scottsdale's heat or during other inclement weather. Beyond the convenience, the facility is well-lit and secure, giving me complete peace of mind whenever I visit. The transition from Life Storage to Extra Space Storage was seamless, and the level of service has been exceptional (and has been since day one). The staff is always friendly and professional, and Jordan, the manager, is exceptional--very helpful and went the extra mile to assist.There's also plenty of carts available, making unloading and loading hassle-free. I guess math is not your forte because it was a 50% increase. Go back to high school. I guess your reading comprehension is also lacking since I stated you could have sent the notice via e-mail. You have my e-mail address, sent my receipts to that e-mail address, so it has nothing to do with whether I had a PO Box or a regular address. Also, no one regularly checks their mailbox anymore, PO Box or regular address doesn't matter, and you know it. I stated that as well in my original review. I would never recommend a place that blames the customer who did nothing wrong. Received a 50% increase. I was told by several employees there, including a manager, that the most they would increase would be $10. The place isn't worth that much of an increase. Plus they sent the notice of increase by snail mail only, not email. Who checks their mail anymore. I have everything set up electronically, so I didn't notice the increase until it was too late for this month. They were good a couple years ago , but I no longer recommend the facility.
