Kept me aware of how far away they were & who to expect which was very appreciated. I booked my move several weeks in advance and I was called 2 weeks out to confirm that no changes were needed and again the day before. I appreciate the confirmation text I was given the day before as well as a phone call when the movers were 15 minutes out. I love that type of accountability! My items were moved with care by all and I really appreciated the patience they had with me. If you've ever moved you know it's a struggle deciding what to take and what to leave but the men were understanding and I didn't feel rushed to decide. They have made it into a fantastic climate controlled storage facility. There are multiple entrances that are controlled by electronic codes so you can easily access your unit from the shortest possible distance. The manager, Scott, made the entire process very easy from the initial contract to the orientation and to the cancellation process.
