The place is nice and clean, unfortunately they get you in with low introductory rates. Then raise them every few months by a lot. They aren't completely honest about this when renting. read more

The front office staff is personable and helpful, and the facility itself is almost new. However, as others have pointed out, they have a "bait and switch" business model. The rent on my small unit almost doubled after three months ($97 to $162). Since I had read similar Yelp reviews, when renting my unit, I asked them if that was true. Robby & Rebecca are the best! They took the time to show my mom and I all of our options for units -- different sizes, locations, and floors. Even let us look at the same unit multiple times to make sure we felt solid about our unit choice. So friendly, so helpful, & honestly hilarious too. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Staff is amazing but when I went from $88 to $170 after 4 months I had to leave. Staff was friendly and said they could make a deal but that's not the point I shouldn't have to make a deal because the company just doubles the prices- how many people are on automatic payments and do even notice the rate increase Ok for short term but anything over 4 months be prepared to see price double read more

The facility on Creekside is clean, secure, and access is easy. Robbie made the check-in process easy and quick and was completely candid about the industry-wide practice of boosting prices after the teaser rate. I paid ahead for 6 months to limit the damage. I relocated from up north and needed to set up everything online so was unable to check any places out in person. I chose this Extra Space location based off the reviews I read about it being clean and safe. I was so relieved when I arrived at 6:30am with a stuffed u-haul to see that it was exactly as described, plus a few extra happy surprises: * The facility is very clean. There are little hand sanitizers scattered all throughout. *There is a bathroom that can only be accessed by your code and it is kept clean. *There are large push carts available which made unloading SO much easier. I wish I would have had them for when I packed the U-haul. ;) Since I did everything online, I didn't have the pleasure of meeting the staff until after I arrived and that turned out to be another happy surprise. Robbie and Elizabeth are the best! It's clear they care about their customers having a positive experience. I have done a few long days trying to get my unit organized and in that time I took note that: *They routinely check the facility which gives me more peace of mind regarding the safety of my stored items. *They are both very friendly and always happy to help with any questions or needs that might come up. I underestimated just how much stuff I actually have and Robbie was so helpful when he noticed me struggling. He offered me multiple different solutions that I hadn't thought of. I am very thankful he walked by when he did. I want to reiterate a sentiment a few other reviewers have mentioned. Moving is hard! To have any one of the components that make it up be stress-free is a very welcomed respite. Great experience with their team. After a little mixup (on my part not theirs) it was corrected. Moved out before my free month was up. But I would rent with them again if needed. I like the security of the place. Of course you need a code to Come in but you can't go to any other levels if your code doesn't authorize you to be on that floor. The locks are not like your typical lock. And always friendly staff. read more

I needed a clean, climate controlled storage unit to store some electronics for a few months. From the time I walked in and talked with Robby to the time I moved my things out, I was impressed. I called multiple different storage places around Santa Rosa trying to find a facility with a good price and met the needs of what I was looking for. The first time I called this place I spoke with Robby, he was very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Answered all of my random questions and took the time to even provide insight. Ultimately that's one of the main reasons I went with this location. The facility itself is basically like new, everything appears to be in working order with very little sight of wear. The roll up doors on the units look almost brand new and not haggard or beat up like some storage places I've used in the past. Pretty much all of the units are located inside and you need key code access to get in, the facility has a fair amount of security cameras all around so adds a sense comfort. Would definitely recommend to anyone, even gram gram! read more
