When I asked about the wardrobe boxes we requested, I was told they didn't have any, and could wrap everything in trash bags or move it ourselves...well, that's disappointing because we made the request & had it confirmed in writing, AND you state on your website "Our truck comes fully loaded with all that you might need. At last moment if you require any packing material, it will be with our team" but that's fine, we'll figure something out (like 3 more carloads on our own). My wife wants me to give Marco Polo 5 stars, but I feel she can write her own review if she feels that strongly. I'm giving them a solid 4 because really, the move would not have happened without them. Both of the guys on our crew were extremely focused, seeming to never tire--they didn't take more than a couple bathroom breaks the whole 8 hours! Usually I haven't had an issue with the storage facility, but the last two times the front elevator and parking has become dirtier and it smells awful. Today, the elevator smelled like sour milk and the floor was littered with trash. Most disappointing of all was finding trash right in front my storage unit (pictures included). My storage fees is for the upkeep of the facility, so why all the mess?
