On these occasions, I called and left voicemails and never received a call back. In the first year of rental, the cost of my unit went up 126%. Over the entire span of my rental, the cost increased 306%. I chose the autopay option. The site set it up so that my payment was late every month resulting in changes in my account status and occasional calls from the office (when someone was working) asking for late payment. There was no way for me to adjust the date of the auto payment.
