This has to be the absolute worst company in any genre. They are predatory, confrontational and…read moreabsolutely abusive. Their goal is to offer a low price, raise rates without notice. If you have a problem there is nobody that cam answer anything other than prepared standard answers without any common sense. Every single employee is rude as can be, it has to be part of the culture. It's quite literally the opposite of what ypu would want.

I have had my stuff here for less than a month and I am already moving out. The loading dock makes…read moreno sense(there are 3 spaces but if someone parks in front of the only ramp no one can access it). Where my unit is, the whole floor smells like, what I can only describe as the smell of a hair salon with hair dryers(like a burning plastic smell as if someone is using a storage unit to run a salon). When I brought this to their attention they said they couldn't find the source, but "it should be fine". All of my stuff stinks, there are now small little spiders and silverfish on my stuff, and it is pretty icky. I am literally willing to pay twice the price to move everything to a different place because of these issues. I hope they rectify them for the next person!

Can't find anybody I leave come back and still the office is closed sign in the door shows a clock that says we'll be back at 2:45. It's now 4:00 p.m. and still nobody has shown up. I have found some live insect a few times. Mostly the stench of cat urine permeates about. Don't try calling the 1-800 number it'll tell you that it doesn't recognize your phone number to have an account. Or it just will automatically disconnect you and hang up on you. The only two options available none of them allow you to speak directly to anybody. Really poor customer service when there's no way for you to reach anybody in the physical either by phone or in person

Sure enough, I needed a larger one and was glad that Erica had given me a view of one earlier and let me know where one was open, and Beverly got me moved over to it quickly, with very minimal fuss. Facility itself is clean, temperature is great, gate and such are well maintained. The carts have to live inside the office, which is a bit of a pain, but after learning it was due to the nearby hotel taking them otherwise, completely understandable.

I honestly don't know where to begin with this experience. What should have been a straightforward…read morefour-hour move turned into an almost 9-hour ordeal and the worst moving experience we've ever had. My mom recently moved from Maitland to Casselberry, Florida. We were quoted approximately four hours for three beds, three dressers, three TVs, a sectional, an arcade machine, and a kitchen table. We've moved multiple times before, and similar amounts of furniture have never taken more than five hours. We were initially told the move would cost around $500, but once the movers arrived, we were presented with a $1,600 bill, which was eventually reduced to $1,200. We were also told they would not unload our belongings until payment was made. After nearly nine hours, the $1,200 cost was extremely frustrating and completely unexpected. When they arrived at the new house, one mover smelled strongly of marijuana, which was extremely unprofessional. We also discovered that a TV was broken, a TV cord was missing, and bubble wrap was left on five pieces of furniture. We contacted corporate on August 28 and spoke with Cailin, who said the situation would be investigated and that he would follow up with us on September 3. We never received a call. When we followed up on September 4, he didn't even seem to know what situation we were referring to and offered no reimbursement or meaningful resolution. We understand that moving is difficult and unexpected things happen. What we expect is honesty, professionalism, accountability, communication, and respect for customers and their belongings. Unfortunately, we received none of that. After the extremely long move, unexpected $1,200 charge, damaged/missing belongings, unprofessional conduct, and lack of corporate follow-up, we feel completely let down. I would NOT recommend this company. This was by far the worst moving experience we've ever had
