The storage unit comes in different sizes, and you can change later to a smaller or larger unit. It's very clean inside. And very helpful staff, the entire process didn't take long, but a few minutes, which was nice. They also have carts you can use to move items from your car to the unit, but ask that you return them to the area where you picked them up. But when I went back a few days later to move items into the unit, one of the elevators was down, leaving only 1 working. And you can't use the stairs, saw a sign that the opening exit would sound the alarm, which was a bit of a hassle, as a few other customers were moving stuff at the same time. No cart was available, which made the process a bit longer. But overall, I'm happy with deciding to use them.

Their claim to have 24 hour surveillance, is pointless, if it neither prevents, nor solves any criminal activity. I guess they decided to take advantage of that and they stole our brand new kitchen aid still in the box from our unit. When I asked who has access to our units they said only the person with the key fobs and to speak to my husband who is the only one with the key fob. Um duhh why do you think I'm calling to make a report. My husband is the one who discovered that the kitchen aid that belonged to his deceased step mother is missing. Please do not store any valuables here. Take a picture of what your storage looks like every time you visit. And take good pictures of what you have in there. When I stated I would file a police report & that the police would request access to the cameras they stated that they do not provide access to the cameras inside only the front door. How convenient when it's clearly an inside job. When I say pissed that's an understatement. I will be removing everything from this storage.

Hands down the BEST moving company I've ever worked with!…read more I recently moved to Florida and found Lifestyle Moving and Storage on Yelp. At first, I was skeptical because they had no reviews in Florida--but just like me, they're relocating too! And let me tell you, I'm SO glad I gave them a chance. They helped me move from a rental in Plantation into my own condo not far from there, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. I texted them a photo of my apartment furniture and VASO quickly gave me a quote. Even when my move-out date changed, they were super accommodating and responsive. On move-in day, they texted me early to confirm and arrived right on time with a truck that fit everything perfectly. Milos and Carlos were absolutely amazing--professional, fast, and extremely careful with all my belongings. They wrapped my glassware, bed, large furniture, and packed my flat screens and clothes using a special clothing rack. They even handled all the boxes I packed myself. I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently they worked while treating all my things with care. Thanks to Lifestyle Moving and Storage, my move was easy and stress-free. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone moving in or around Florida!

What stood out the most was how much they genuinely cared--not just about my belongings, but about making sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. It truly felt like they had my back every step of the way. Their honesty and dedication were refreshing, and it made a stressful day so much easier. If you're looking for a moving team that combines skill with heart, look no further. I highly recommend them and will be referring anyone I know who's planning a move. Thank you for going above and beyond!
