They prices they advertise online are not the actual prices. They hide the fact that they mandate using their insurance provider. I don't store valuables in my tiny locker so I don't want insurance, yet I am forced to pay for coverage. They raised my rent twice in the last six months. The property is old and outdated, grimy, no climate control, poor lighting, poor security, and zero improvements since I've rented there. Yet somehow my rent increased twice in six months? Homeless are a real issue. There is a homeless camp across the street and many and of them rent lockers inside Stuff N Storage. So don't be surprised when you witness drug use, hang outs, and sleeping while you try and access your locker. I usually like to patron smaller establishments over large corporations, but Stuff N Storage is doing nothing to earn/keep your business or set themselves apart. They are NOT cheaper, cleaner, safer, newer, or nicer than other storage facilities. Canceled my rental and found a better deal elsewhere. Bye Stuff N Storage.

I told him I needed a storage unit for maybe 6 months while family stays with me during relocating to the valley. He was very helpful in suggesting an appropriate sized unit based on my needs and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. The entire place, including the unit I ended up leasing, is squeaky clean! It's fairly new and is NOT corporate owned. They have 10' high walls all around, security cameras and after hours security sensors. He and his wife are independent owners, which means they CARE about whether or not their customers are satisfied because it directly effects their bottom line. Let me tell you, this guy is a straight shooter. Answered all my questions without hesitation and not once made me feel pressured. Super happy to find this place! They say that they have auctioned my storage last month!
