Why did the cost for the larger unit go up by $200 for a 10 x 30? The market value for this unit is like $175. Per the contract Public Storage says they MAY send notification when the price is raised. Never received a notice in the year plus we stored our items. By the end of our term we were paying $500 plus a month. That is straight wrong. Lastly, I call them during business hours and they rarely answer the phone. Jose Z had all rooms ready to go up stairs while all this was going on down stairs. Lee was the jack of all trades helping everyone out and breaking down all furniture that needed to be and assist everyone effortlessly. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail: before disconnecting or disassembling anything, they checked for potential issues and made sure we was informed and comfortable with the process. They maintained a clean and safe work environment throughout the day, never leaving tools or packing materials lying around. I appreciated how organized and efficient they were--they worked seamlessly as a team for the entire 9 hours, and someone was always at the truck managing and organizing it meticulously. The level of professionalism and teamwork displayed was impressive, and I truly felt that my move was in the best hands. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable, respectful, and top-notch movers!
