I wanted to upgrade my unit and the manager told me he wasnt doing it because being 10 mins til close. Id have to wait til friday when he was back in the office... It was Tuesday i tried.. Customer service from the lady on the front desk it's not good. Address it's not accurate within the Google Maps or the iMap application. Specifically told and showed pictures to the representative what I was going to storage and offered an uncomfortable one in an aisle which was difficult to get through with my stuff. read more

It's great location and the staff is very attentive and thourough if you need anything Princess is the property manager and she is on it. Her hospitality is amazing and her smile and laughs are genuine If you need something or have questions please ask. She will help you any way she can and if she can't she will do what she can to help you get what it is boy need help with boint you in the right direction. I've had storage here for about four years. I will say rent goes up and you won't even know it. But it isn't the property managers doing. Always know that certain things may happen throughout your rental such as this Is not a 24 he location and if you leave just a minute past 9:00pm more then once (up the latter) will put you on a probation and not allow you to Enter even if you have paid your rent until they say you can. That is not cool. But again that has nothing to do with the property manager. I like princess and I hope she is here for a long time or at least until I leave. If I ever leave. Now if she would just hire me to help with the upkeep I would be even happier. read more

Lisa was very kind and helpful the entire day we were there (almost 8 hours this past Saturday). Had to sort through some things prior to moving from a larger place to a smaller one temporarily. Because we had an inside unit, and it's August, it's hot inside, so didn't think to open all doors possible until Lisa recommended that we try it to catch an occasional breeze, and it worked. Later on, we discovered that we needed an even larger unit that we currently had, so we talked about upgrading, discovered we could get an even better deal if we upgraded, so we did. Corporate billing doesn't make sense, it's true, but the office staff is pleasant, courteous, and very helpful. Have had a unit there for many years, and never a problem in terms of the actual site, just corporate billing. read more
