Do NOT recommend. Pot holes not being maintained through out the complex. Strip underneath garage door is broken causing the door not to completely close. Condensation is on my storage boxes in my unit. I originally spoke to the front desk about my concerns in April, she assured me these concerns would be taken care of. It's now July. Also dealing with overgrown weeds near my door. read more

Doreen Was such a great help we had some issues and it was our first time getting a storage unit here and she was able to fix everything. I would recommend this buisness in the future. They really do care about their customers. read more

That property is so much better since Doreen took over. I almost pulled my things and left public storage because of the previous manager who was not a people person at all. You can always get some kinda good deal for the first month rent so check for that deal that is in your budget and schedule your move in now!! read more

Doreen is always a great help. I appreciate her knowledge of the rules and regulation.

Thanks again to Doreen for providing a superior level of customer service. Always there and always providing support for me.

Customer service from the lady on the front desk it's not good. Address it's not accurate within the Google Maps or the iMap application. Specifically told and showed pictures to the representative what I was going to storage and offered an uncomfortable one in an aisle which was difficult to get through with my stuff. read more

I was hesitant about signing up online but I'm glad I did as rental unit availability is limited right now. Download the app and open the gate with your phone. Unit and lock were ready as soon as we pulled in, never even had to contact an employee. Best rates in the area with month to month contract. read more

Lekendra was very helpful and informative. I appreciate her effort today. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Avoid this place please! Rented a large unit a few months ago at a great rate. Found out today there was a $40+ increase on the monthly charge. Absolutely no notice was sent informing of the increase. The office staff is pleasant. Corporate and billing is the WORST!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Elizabeth, Maya and everybody I have dealt with there are genuinely friendly and helpful. They are great at returning calls!!! This is great because sometimes, can be tricky to be arrive at a storage unit when the staff doesn't know ahead of time. You have to know actually office number, which you get through a rep on the line advertised. Fairly priced, when I first set up my account: The process was simple and didn't take too long. If your going to be late on a payment call ahead and learn how to avoid heavy fees! read more

The manager of this was very knowledgeable. Moving can be very stressful and she made the storage part less stressful. I will definitely refer my friends. read more

It's great location and the staff is very attentive and thourough if you need anything Princess is the property manager and she is on it. Her hospitality is amazing and her smile and laughs are genuine If you need something or have questions please ask. She will help you any way she can and if she can't she will do what she can to help you get what it is boy need help with boint you in the right direction. Communication is key to every relationship in life. business or not. just communicate and everything goes smooth. Very thankful to have princess at this location. I've had storage here for about four years. I will say rent goes up and you won't even know it. But it isn't the property managers doing. Always know that certain things may happen throughout your rental such as this Is not a 24 he location and if you leave just a minute past 9:00pm more then once (up the latter) will put you on a probation and not allow you to Enter even if you have paid your rent until they say you can. That is not cool. But again that has nothing to do with the property manager. I like princess and I hope she is here for a long time or at least until I leave. If I ever leave. Now if she would just hire me to help with the upkeep I would be even happier. read more

Lisa was very kind and helpful the entire day we were there (almost 8 hours this past Saturday). Had to sort through some things prior to moving from a larger place to a smaller one temporarily. Because we had an inside unit, and it's August, it's hot inside, so didn't think to open all doors possible until Lisa recommended that we try it to catch an occasional breeze, and it worked. Later on, we discovered that we needed an even larger unit that we currently had, so we talked about upgrading, discovered we could get an even better deal if we upgraded, so we did. Corporate billing doesn't make sense, it's true, but the office staff is pleasant, courteous, and very helpful. Have had a unit there for many years, and never a problem in terms of the actual site, just corporate billing. read more

Clean and neatly managed facility. Haven't had any mold issues or critter problems! The Property Manager, Ava is the best!! Upon being assigned a unit, she showed me all my options that would best suit what I needed. Ava has been very consistent with communicating with me and has become a great friend! I would recommend to a friend. read more

Eva was very knowledgeable and walked me step by step in the process of renting a storage unit. She accepted my ugly car when no one else would. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone that is looking for one for a great price. Location down the street from grocery stores and restaurants so you won't feel like it's in the middle of nowhere. Eva knows how to manage this place very well! read more
