First, they totally did not appropriately pack up one of my most valuable pictures that belonged to my late parents. The glass shattered and when I called to report this occurrence, they were very defensive. I told them, "whatever you do, take care of this" . By the time we arrived at my new home I was in tears. Second, all of my most prized Christmas ornaments did not arrive: ones with pictures of my late parents, husband and ones I had as a child. I had pointed out the containers they were in and somehow they did not make it. All of those treasures gone. What did arrive were boxes of trash and literally there was one battery wrapped up in a box. My daughter-in-law can vouch for this. Also, boxes were mislabeled.
