I told every company that we have a small move as we had been moving things little by little by ourselves, only Lynn provided me with the lowest minimum hours and competitive pricing. When I said I would get back to her, I appreciated her persistence in following up. They estimated 2.5 hours of work and Carlos and his team did a great job efficiently moving things, only took 30 more minutes than they estimated. They also didn't have any hidden charge for wrapping material for couch etc. My husband at the receiving address said they were very careful with our newly renovated home, the floor, the wall etc as they moved and assembled furniture. After the move, the owner Diego himself reached out to check in and asked for feedback. As somebody running a business myself and working with business owners, I really appreciate how they run their business, the efficiency, the flexibility and the care. Upon arriving at my new location, one backed up the truck while the other two didn't bother spotting him - the driver backed into my brick pillar breaking bricks and the light. They literally brought out some sort of epoxy and said they could fix it! I called the police who wrote up a crash report. I accepted the company's offer to take money off the cost of the move because I had no confidence that their insurance company would promptly pay - I feared I wouldn't end up with anything but a lot more frustration. 3. At the end of the move, I realized they had forgotten to move an elliptical machine that was in the basement - when I brought it to their attention, they said nothing and just left. 4. At my old house they left the garage doors open and lights on - my wife didn't want to have to drive back to the house but was worried they might have done something like this - totally irresponsible! 5. Without asking my permission, they borrowed my hand dolly. After they left, I found it in the backyard with a wheel broken off. (I sent the company a picture of it.) This is absolutely not acceptable. 6. They left packing material all over the house - when I asked about them taking it with them they said that isn't something they do. 7. They did not remove their shoes or put on "booties" even though it was raining out and caused significant scuff marks on my hard wood floor - which I also took a picture of. On June 23rd, I wrote an email to the customer service agent and a manager with whom I had been speaking. No reply. I followed-up with another email on June 24th and received a phone call saying that they would address my issues by the following day. It has now been over a month and I still have heard nothing. All of this is beyond outrageous! As a small business owner, I completely understand when "stuff happens" but when it does you do everything you can to "make it right" - not ignore the customer! They dispatched Accessible Movers, whose logo reads "Making American Moving Great Again," a statement that should have raised suspicions. My belongings were picked up on June 18, 2025, and I received my broken and destroyed belongings 2 months later. When I voiced my complaints about my broken dishes, missing fur coat, and other belongings, they offered me a mere $75.00. Can you believe that after they trashed my belongings, stored them for 2 months, and left most of my items in an unknown location, they offered me only $75.00? Are you freaking kidding me? I travel for work, and this has been the worst experience I've ever had using a moving company! Buyer beware! We asked for a courtesy 24 hour notice to know when the movers were going to arrive for pick up and when they were going to drop off. For our delivery drop off, the company said "maybe Saturday or Sunday, but could be Monday" when we asked for an update on delivery timeline. THE WORST ASPECT OF THIS EXPERIENCE: during our initial conversations to plan the move with this company and after paying our deposit, this company promised that they would deliver our items to our new place in the specific spaces we needed them (in the bedroom, living room, etc). They showed up today to deliver our items and refused to move our pieces to the designated rooms without an additional charge. The entrance/exit is on a residential road that's not busy, huge driveways made it easy to pull the moving trucks in and out and the road is not busy so that was always stress free. (Compared to a storage facility on the highway). Units are climate controlled and the price is fair for the size. They keep the place very clean. Loading dock is a good height for either my pickup truck or the moving truck we used too. Plenty of big heavyweight carts available(free, and they're always available, you don't even have to ask) to help move stuff from your vehicle to your unit. This helps a lot when moving furniture. And a nice big elevator as you would expect from a storage facility with multiple floors. Staff was always nice and you can set up automatic payments.
