I'm sure that it's because they don't want to talk to actual people about the absolutely horrible service they provide. I filed a claim in September, followed up on it about a month later only to be told that it was delayed because they were still looking for the package. Needless to say I was extremely upset. I was finally able to get to someone who promised me that they would escalate my inquiry. That was two months ago and I have not heard from them. I tried to contact them today only to get a total run around. Their automated system said that the claim was denied although I haven't received any communication from FedEx whatsoever. No matter what I try I am unable to get to a live person. The claim was for one box out a five piece shipment. The five boxes made up one total item that I was returning. Because one box didn't make it I couldn't receive a refund for the return of the item. Now I am out not only the cost of the item (the return window closed) and the cost of shipping an item that never made it!! How does that seem reasonable? If I could rate FedEx lower than not good I would do it in a heartbeat

They did such a great job that I probably didn't even need the second container. They disassembled my bed and glass desk and wrapped everything up so well. Nothing was broken or damaged after the long interstate move. I'm sad I can't use them anymore because I am NC. Such a great group of guys!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!…read more Fair warning, they don't care about the condition of your goods, nor do they care that everything did not show up to your new location. The guys that actually did the move out and move in were great when doing their job. What happened in between is anyone's guess. Amongst the missing is a nearly new sas subwoofer, a forge cast iron set (still in box), and 2 sets of bamboo sheets with undercovers. A wheel was completely knocked off of a cedar hope chest leaving a 2" hole where the tearout was in 3/4" thick cedar plank. Another wheel was also missing off of another large antique wardrobe. Thank god it was not ripped out as well, just missing.... No explanation as to how or why, just to call and make a claim. Claim sent back in mid October 2021, have not heard anything back as of this writing. Getting prepped for court. Too many bad moving companies in Florida. Really bad thing is that these guys are contracted to move our veterans from base to base.

First of all, while other companies replied back through Yelp, Scott was the first one to be like, "We need to talk IRL." So he called and we discussed my needs and what services he had to offer. He sent over his insurance information and a questionnaire to be completed so that he could write out the contract. I received an electronic copy of the contract prior to the arrival of the movers and a paper copy was made available for me to sign upon their arrival. Did I mention that this was all within a few hours of closing? Did I mention that this was for a next day move? This man is an organized machine, I tell you. Following the move, he sent the electronic receipt for payment and I was able to submit an electronic payment (with a small convenience fee tacked on) after the movers left. The two guys showed up EARLIER than expected (I know, right? That NEVER happens!) and immediately got to work wrapping and moving furniture as I finished packing (yes, because I'm a lazy slacker). They moved the furniture, delivering everything as best they could. There were only a few minor cosmetic issues with a few items delivered. Overall, they did a phenomenal job with what they were given to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reputable company that does business in an organized and professional manner.

The move from our home into a storage unit and then again two weeks later from the storage unit to our new home. Blake came and did an entire walk-through of my house and that same day we signed a contract of $1579.98 which INCLUDED a trampoline and a HUGE patio furniture set. We were on the fence about keeping the trampoline and patio set so he assured us that removing those two big items would "significantly lower the quoted price". So we SELL THE TRAMPOLINE & THE PATIO SET & after they finish the move they send us the bill & the price INCREASED !!!!!! LOL. We paid him $1622.50 for LESS FURNITURE than stated on our contract. Blake chalked this up to "his own mistake of underestimating the time needed". So he failed at his ONLY job. Since the job was completed, we had NO CHOICE but to pay this amount. Very unprofessional. (See photos) Then we get the quote for the second move and the trampoline and patio set are STILL ON IT - $2,147.50. I email them back to remove that stuff and update the price accordingly, and they remove the stuff but the price remains the same. $2,147.50. LOLLLL !!! (See photo) We again email to update the contract so that we can sign it, no email ever comes again, but Blake texts asking for our new address, so we assume we are all set for the move on August 9th as stated in the contract. (See text photos) We text Blake a couple days in a row with NO ANSWER as august 9th inches closer. He then responds by telling us that now he can't move us until august 17th (8 days later) AND the price was now going to be $3500. (See text photos) We are now TWO DAYS AWAY from closing on the new house and having to scramble to find a new moving company that will agree to reassemble furniture that they didn't take apart. So crappy. Worst worst worst company ever !!! Superrrrrrr unprofessional. Left us high & dry with two little boys and a NEWBORN having to stress without our furniture. Guess he was correct in joking in my living room saying "I'll end in divorce if I keep biting off more than I can chew" that should have been my red flag to stay away.
