The facility is CLEAN, and the storage units are as well. There are no signs of rodents, bugs or mold thus far - a huge plus, as this seems to be a common complaint with other storage places. They offer packing supplies, locks at fair prices, and having access to a nice, clean bathroom is a plus. The manager, Cinda, is kind, professional and always friendly! She answers questions thoroughly, and thoughtfully. When I go up to pay our bill (monthly), I often catch her as she's coming in from doing a security walk/check on the facility. If the owner ever reads this review - I beg you to get Cinda a nice golf cart so that she can easily step away from the office, whether to do security checks or assist a client, and then return quickly should someone need her assistance in the office. :) Christmas is coming! ;o) For those worried about the interior temps of the outdoor units: Even in the highest heat wave over the summer, the storage unit wasn't an "oven" inside. We were concerned about that - but found the unit remained a tolerable temperature. We recommend this self storage facility!

They don't over charge their customers with obscene prices and they don't lure customers in to later on raise prices on their storage fees. However, there are some challenges. They only have 2 carts available to customers. These carts are stored inside their office. If the office is closed , which it mostly is , despite office hours being posted, tuff luck! Bring your own cart or come back when they are open. Another thing that I have noticed is that the inside unit corridors aren't kept clean. This is an easy fix which a leaf blower can quickly remediate! No one wants to store their stuff in funky places. It's only been a few days , but I will update my review after the next 3 months.

I reserved a 35' gravel space for $175.00 per month. When I arrived to drop it off I was directed all the way around and to a small gravel lot near a bunch of trees. I was assigned space G78. The space was covered with tree limbs that had to be moved before I attempted to back my trailer into the space. Myself and the gentleman from S&J moved the limbs and he headed back to the office. There was a trailer on one side and a massive RV on the other. I attempted a few times but decided rather than risk damaging my property or someone else's I would tell the gentleman who assigned me the space I wasn't going to be able to fit my trailer. He agreed the huge RV was parked at an angle and wasn't offering me enough room. He was looking for another space to assign me. He was on the phone for about 30 minutes and it was close to an hour before he assigned me G66. I was able to park my trailer and left it for a month. The gentleman I was dealing with told me he would credit me back the $25.00 Setup Fee I was charged when I reserved online. I received a confirmation their system telling me I had a -&25.00 balance on my account as a result of the credit. I picked up my trailer on May 29. There was still the $25.00 credit there until I sent an email and asked about it. The person who responded to my email changed the details in the account and removed the $25.00 credit. He told me: "We accommodated you - it is not our policy to give credit just because the guy next to the spot we assigned blocked your spot We immediately gave you another spot - who did you talk to - as no one other than the owner can give credit authorization - and this is not a situation where we credit you" Just don't bother! You can find a suitable storage facility that won't tell you one thing and then take it back. It's not about the $25.00. It's about a company who simply doesn't give a crap about the people who chose to patronize them. I was given a credit. After a month you took it away and removed it from my account.
