The kids said it'd be in your best interest to go put gas in it and it clearly states on the contract you bring it back with the same amount you took it while we exceeded the amount of gas that was in the truck From when we picked it up and I wasn't about to go get more gas in it for them he said it'll be in 30 minutes before I can check you in just leave it here and will be fine. It's pretty amazing how when you go to pick up the truck during the week they have two people standing around because there's no business, but on a weekend when you go bring the truck back, they have one kid in there who's so overwhelmed he can't keep up with the demand of people in there. The customer service completely stinks would not recommend this location at all.

We contacted RV-Time and the dynamic duo owners, Matthew and Ashley. The insurance company approved us getting an estimate, and Matthew immediately contacted the insurance agent and got right to work, which resulted in an approved estimate in half a day. Both Matthew and Ashley explained in detail the job, which involved a new refrigerator, all the connecting propane hoses, electrical wiring, fuses, and substantial cleaning inside and outside the RV. They asked if we had a trip planned, and since we had a big one in a few weeks, they said they would do everything they could to get it done a few days before we left. And they did. All the parts were then ordered. Matthew or Ashley would call regularly with updates, suggestions, or decisions. Both of them know so much about RVs - it is simply amazing. We both felt completely confident that we, and our rig, were in good - no - great hands. We have complete trust in their workmanship and their desire to serve us and our RV needs in the best and most expedient way possible. Do we recommend them? Moses and his wife run a genuine mom and pop shop and have a great passion for their clients. They not only made the rental experience quick and easy, they were a joy to work with. We rented their almost new 2024 Entegra Odyssey 30Z class C. As a new rig, there were a few minor issues that came up. Moses was super helpful and got back to me via phone to help me thru the problems we did have. He was also nice enough to let me park my car in his yard while we were gone, and made the return check in process super easy. I wish I had discovered A Family Affair years ago.
