This is where things go from very good to very NOT good. As with so many similar experiences talking to almost anyone on the phone these days, the representatives: 1) Talk extremely fast, much faster than necessary and certainly far too fast than a normal conversation between two people 2) Their accent is so thick, it is VERY difficult to understand exactly what they are attempting to say. 3) They do not listen carefully to the question(s) that I am attempting to ask. 4) They are compelled to repeat everything back to me in a robotic-like fashion. 4) They repeat their answer to me 4-times over, even if I clearly understood what they said the first time.

She was lovely to speak with over the phone, and made me feel comfortable and taken care of. She informed me of the office hours, and also gate hours! Things I wasn't even aware of! She was very pleasant, and I'd recommend her and the company to all my friends and family! Thank you so much Lori, for all your assistance today! You were wonderful to work with, and your attentiveness is definitely appreciated! 10/10 experience! I look forward to storing my stuff with this facility!

The front desk employees are extremely pleasant and willing to get you all of the information you need! At first, I was unsure of what size I needed so they showed me 2 different sizes of units. I didn't need the storage unit for another few weeks but they assigned me a unit and held it for me until I needed it. The employee also tried to get me a unit close to the elevator so I would have easier access since they did not have my size available on the first floor. You can pay by going to the main office or paying online. Setting up payment online was very easy. They also have an option to set up auto pay which was a bonus for me. Access to the building is extremely easy. There are multiple entry points in which you enter a code specific to you. They have carts near the elevators you can use for free to take items from your car to your unit which are extremely helpful! The unit is extremely clean! The floors were not dirty nor had stains on them. They have great climate control! This past week, it got up in the high 90's and when I went to my storage unit, I did not feel warm.
