    These guys try to charge you for shipping Amazon returns, when it's free!!!…read more They are rude and condescending. They ask the you the same question or say the same thing over and over again. ----------------------------------- Responding to your response: You're wrong in charging customers for Amazon returns. I was told by Amazon that regardless of not having the original package. You have to take it. Now on to how I was treated, you and your staff are condescending and down right rude. Dare I say, that you and your employees are racist. You guys repeat yourselves like it's going to change anything. You guys pushed me to use the language I used by treating myself as if I'm an idiot. I speak as I find and call out BS. Don't treat your customers like trash, idiots and or children. My behaviour wasn't bad, I am a two nation veteran and I demand much better service and treatment. So, you can shove your store where the sun doesn't shine (even though you think it does in you) and I will never grace your doorstep again. Sure, you have audio and video, I'm not afraid of that, but you're committing fraud and theft because of your charging customers for things that are free. I notice from other reviews that you nickel and dime other people too. If you went out of business tomorrow, I would not be said.

    Horrible company! Do not give them your money! I used this company November 9, 2019 and in the…read moreprocess my mirrored dresser was broken. The dresser was broken while it was being carried up the stairs by two of the workers. The two men used a dolly to help them(very heavy item) and while they were coming up the first flight of stairs, the dresser fell forward, down the stairs and shattered. The owner, Francis, assured me that it would be fixed or I would get the money for it, depending on what the insurance company said. I had been communicating with him a few times back and forth since November 9. He would send mini updates throughout the insurance process, saying it takes about 90 days to hear back about a claim. When he finally did text me about the item, he was asking for an address to pick up the dresser. The movers took the dresser with them after it broke. The dresser never even made it to my apartment. When I let Francis know this, he accused me of lying and saying his movers did not take the dresser! Why would I lie about having the dresser and then not getting it fixed?! What sense does that make?! I truly believe he had his movers take my dresser then discard of it because MY DRESSER WENT MISSING IN THIN AIR! He only wants to give me the loss percentage his company pays out for damaged or lost items. The percentage per pound is an absolute scam! This was my first time using a moving company and I'm so disappointed about my experience. I am now out of a $400+ mirrored dresser and I'm so angry I gave this con artist 203 American dollars to move me. I will attach photos of my dresser after it was damaged.

So they had me a bill for $1150 and wantef it paid right then . I Understand the long hours and the bill but I did not understand is why they wanted me to pay them and my stuff was still on the truck and they weren't going to unload it until in the morning . So The crew left without giving me a copy of the contract with my belongings on the truck and said that I'll have to reschedule for tomorrow. It was very unprofessional to stop without any kind of warning or a timestamp or a heads up. I did not understand why he was working these boys so long anyway we could have finish this tomorrow. He says he offered a third person to help , but he did not ask me . I think Francis got more caught up in getting the bill paid and not realizing or considering Customer Service I understand my bill and will be paying it in full but the service he delivered was very unprofessional . Stopping abruptly without notice , requesting payment and my belongings on his truck . It leaves a feeling of distrust and poor management . I still have two hours of work that has to be done here . Not feeling very comfortable with " The art of moving" Moving is very stressful , however mistake , I should've read website more thoroughly and I should've been looking for licensed and insured and bonded.
