On the other hand, if you need or want access to your possessions after typical business hours, then it's not such a great option - hence, the reason for averaging my 3-star rating. A couple years ago, I needed a place to store my motorcycle for the winter, since the house I had recently bought lacked a garage or shed. I paid $75 a month for a 5'x10' unit, which seemed to be an average price. The unit had direct access to the outside, and a low enough curb that I could drive my motorcycle right in. Unlike some other storage facilities, once the office closes, the gate closes, and is locked, and you have no access to your unit. They do not have an automated gate where you can punch in a code and gain access to your unit. The office closes at 4:30 p.m. most weekdays (7:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays), as well as Saturday. And, it closes at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. As I said, this is not a big deal if you are storing stuff long-term and don't need unlimited access to it. It would also be fine if you are only storing a motorcycle there for the winter. But ... if, like me, you are forced to store a motorcycle all year, storing it here REALLY puts a damper on riding time. There were a few times that the wife and I would go for a Sunday ride, and I would park my truck outside the gate so my truck wouldn't get locked in if we didn't make it back to the storage unit before they closed at 4 p.m. As a result, I didn't ride my motorcycle as much as I would have liked in the approximately two years I stored it here. Although the units are set back off the main road, and partially obscured by some woods, I never had a problem with security here. Also never had a problem with water or animal infiltration. Thankfully, paying $75 a month was good motivation for me to build a shed to store my motorcycle, which I completed to a state close enough for me to move my motorcycle into last fall.

They were awesome they came to my house right away and they spent a few hours getting cover off ( they ended up cutting it off). They did not charge me a dime and i tried to tip the two guys who came and did it they would not take the money. If I ever need excavation or yard work done they will be 1st ones I call. My parents hired them to move things from their house to mine. He said things like" get away from us and let me do my," most likely because they didn't want me seeing them drop a large antique china closet 3x. I was in my house I can be whenever and say what I want. They are getting paid and even my neighbors heard him. He told my mom. My parents had another move already scheduled with them different gentlemen showed up this time thank goodness but before they even started moving they asked for their tip! I've tried to contact the office several times especially about the first gentleman's behavior cuz it was almost abusive and nobody answers and you cannot get a hold of anyone. I'm guessing cuz they don't want these type of phone calls. The three men today said that the company tells them to ask for the tip In the beginning and my parents did buy them lunch as well and I was going to let it go but this is the second horrible experience in the first one the man was actually verbally abusive to a degree where I had to actually stick up for myself and yell. If they did a good job it might be worth it but I'm not sure that any of them actually are experienced in this I've had several moves myself and have never witnessed people dropping furniture like this or asking for a tip or being rude. I know I can't act like that at my job that's for sure!
