Many other places told me after it leaves the US there's absolutely no way to track it. Well, I'm hear to tell you that Kris knows a way and I received emails from the day it was shipped, leaving the US, it's arrival in Sydney until it touched my daughter's address. Everything was shipped without any damage because Kris has many years of packaging experience. Her knowledge of what foreign countries require in order to gain entry is invaluable. I traveled further than I normally would to ship but after realizing Kris's expertise and seeing the results I'll never go anywhere else. Jason, I sent you pictures of the damaged television and before the move I told you that the television meant a lot to me, and you assured me you would take care of it. So yes, you did damage my television sir. And yes, plugging in a television was not a high priority when most of our furniture was damaged during the move and we needed to make sure our house was in order after moving across several states. As far as the racial slurs, at no time did my wife nor I ever made any racial slurs toward you nor any jokes (for reference both Jason and I are Black, so I do not understand why the race card is being played) and please produce any tapes you have of us doing so. Also please let's have your rented crew come forward and state exactly what we said, you and I both know these are false statements on your behalf. To the Yelppers out there be aware, I have texts messages to back up my warning written above and Jason if you are a great service to the community, do what is write. I was only asking for the bare minimum from you, and you have continually lied to us and dropped the ball. I can't complain about the actual movers, who were fantastic, but the shady business practices are enough to make me want to warn others. I had to pay in full before they'd unload the truck, I did not get an itemized bill until I asked twice via email, and then when I questioned the extra charges, I also had to ask twice. Be wary.
