We have had so many issues with the delivery and pick up of the storage containers, the list is too long to even type here. The empty containers that were scheduled to be picked up 2 days ago are still sitting in our driveway. Incredibly frustrating and the last thing you want to have to worry about when moving. The manager, Mark personally reached out to me multiple times to ask what he can do to help, told the entire facility what was going on and even offered to come in on off hours to personally move the car into storage safely so it wouldn't be stuck out on the street. Everyone in the facility has been helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs storage. I don't write reviews very often, but I felt the need to write one for Cleveland Storage because hard work and going the extra mile to make life easier for people should be rewarded.
