The service I received was completely unacceptable and fell far below any reasonable standard of customer care. Despite paying for a professional delivery and installation experience, the appliance was delivered without proper installation, leaving me with an unusable product and the burden of resolving an issue that should have been handled by your company. The delivery personnel demonstrated a lack of professionalism, preparedness, and regard for customer expectations. No adequate explanation was provided, and there appeared to be little concern for the inconvenience, frustration, and wasted time this situation caused. Customers should not be expected to pay for services that are either partially completed or not completed at all. This experience has severely undermined my confidence in your company. What should have been a straightforward delivery and installation turned into a disappointing and frustrating ordeal. I expect immediate action to rectify this matter, including prompt installation of the appliance at no additional cost and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. I request a response within a reasonable timeframe outlining how this issue will be resolved. Failure to address this matter satisfactorily may leave me with no choice but to escalate my complaint through consumer protection agencies, review platforms, and other appropriate channels.
