When I rented my uhaul the uhaul website listed this locations closing time as 12pm. I called the…read morelocation at 10:50 ti let them know that I would be running late for my 11:00 pickup. The guy on the phone then tells me that they close at 11:15. I told them what it said in the website and the reply was if you arent here by 11:15 we will be closed. I rushed to the car to try to make it. I called them en route and told them Mapquest had me getting there at 11:25 I asked if they would be gone. He said his last appointment was at 11:15 and then they were closing at 11:30. I get there at 11:29. The guy says they are closed and the computera are down. I reiterated I didnt know they closed that early and apologized for being late. We had torrential rains so that slowed the commute. He then decided he would begrudgingly help me. What made it terrible was that the other associate walks in and loudly says "they better not be here for uhaul." The guy tell him that he is going to cash us out and the other associate respond "Dick Fucks." This was literally in front of me and my boyfriend. We just sat there silent as he slammed keys and paperwork around before going to pull the truck around. I do apologize for being late. Nobody deserves to be treated like that. If I didnt desperately need the uhaul I would have called customer service right then and there. I will definitely be filing a complaint and will never service that location again.

Being new to this, she walked me through the process. We later decided to use the uHaul containter instead. Lashata made it comfortable for us to load inside the warehouse as it was 18 degrees outside. She followed up with the shipping department and made sure to let me know when the container finally left the facility. I couldn't have asked for better customer service.
