I rented a 10'x10', "climate-controlled" unit around a year and a half ago. Firstly, I've never been to this property and had it be anything close to being climate-controlled. Hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Secondly, there isn't a restroom on site to use, so make sure you use the facilities before you leave or you'll be running to a gas station. There are no on-site personnel, so if for whatever reason you're in need of assistance, you're out of luck. Oh. But no worries. There's a kiosk in the postcard sized lobby of the building where you can FaceTime a representative. And lastly, be careful of the rate structure. That low first-time renters fee? It increases quickly the longer you stay. I started out paying $145, give or take, including insurance with a move in date in February 2025. I'm moving out at the end of August 2026 and my rates are currently $295 a month. And that doesn't include the $55 price increase per month if you'd like 24 hour access to your unit. I'm saying good riddance to this place. My advice is that you look elsewhere for your storage needs. Unless you're into getting price-gouged for a place that has no restroom, can't be bothered to keep the temperature reasonable and doesn't have an employee on site. Then knock yourself out. read more

I started a rental unit over a year ago. From day one, the lights did not work. I spent 3 months and many phone calls to the location manager and messages left to the district manager with no results. I finally gave up. Now my rent has gone up and Public storage will not discount the unit, and I don't care about the lights. read more

If you ever want to see anyone in the storage facility you go to then run far away from this place. Tommie does not keep any kind of normal business hours and when you call all you get is the voicemail that never gets returned. When you call the main office well I am sorry but your issue has to be taken up with the storage manager. Which you can never get up with. Once I get my stuff out of here, I will never do business again with this facility or this company. Biggest ripoff ever in the storage facility services, all other units I have rented you could literally speak with someone during business hours. read more

Horrible. Do not go. I wish I could rate them negative 100. They will raise your rates by at least $50 as soon as you move your stuff in. I have never had anybody decide to charge me more without notice. If this is legal, I don't care. It's immoral and usury. read more

I reserved a storage unit on-line in what seemed to be a good system. I was supposed to go to the facility to complete the contract. With only one employee on site, it turns out she has to leave the office often through the day, leaving it unmanned and locked. That's understandable from her point of view, but very inconvenient for the customer (me!) who has to visit several times to find someone there. Once I found her, she was quite competent and helped me through the paperwork. One of her major assignments seems to be up-selling, trying to get the unit renter (again, me) to buy boxes, tape, etc. It's obviously a memorized script, but annoying to one who wants to get going. When signing up on-line, I was quoted a certain price and told about one extra cost - a management fee. Okay. When I got there I was told I had to buy their insurance, at a minimum of $11,00 per month. I was also told I had to buy their lock for my unit, another $20.00. Although reasonable, Public Storage has a deceptive policy in not listing these mandatory extra costs up front. Many other storage companies do have similar charges, but at least they reveal them on their web sites. read more

We dealt with VAL at this property and seriously she was the best, most informative and pleasant to deal with. Her level of professionalism is off the chart. She is definitely an asset to the company. She made everything very easy. I reserved online and within minutes she called me and had me in to lock in my reservation. It went very quick and she covered all the basis. We even bought merchandise from her cause she was so nice. She is a great face for this property. It is hard to come across customer service people that trulely enjoy their job. Hell I run a business and would hire her. read more

Your company is the WORST. Horrible policies and late fees, your managers never call back and your employees are rude!! I've been trying to get ahold of one of your district managers Rachel Koinis for over a year and has NEVER returned a phone call. My stuff will be up for auction in 8 days but you people won't let me pay with a credit card because of one declined payment TWO YEARS AGO. Jessika was super!! Explained everything professionally and completely. Facility is clean and welcoming. Hours are convenient and prices are the best around. I know because I checked around and settled for this one 21 miles from home, but less than half the cost of storage in Ann Arbor. My only gripe is that they advertised $1 for first month and $23 moves you in. By the time I paid the MANDATORY insurance and bought a lock that I will never need again and paid taxes, the move in cost was closer to $60. False and misleading?? I report, you judge. read more

I needed some storage space and found this location convenient, so I reserved a location online. The process was easy and straightforward. I visited the location the next day to complete the process and I was assisted by Kimberly, who was extremely helpful and personable. In fact, the exceptional service that I received while there is a big factor in me taking the trouble to write this review to begin with. The location itself has plenty of parking and is well-kept and accessible. There are also moving supplies for sale and they are open on Saturday and Sunday, which I found convenient. read more

Staff is ok. some are friendly. the real skinny girl there is rather rude at time. a lot of the out side lights have been out for over 6 months now. I keep going to the office and they keep righting it up but nothing has been done about it. One person in the office told me that longer days are coming so it will be light out later and the lights will not be needed. the gate code tower has been screwed up from some one hitting it over 3 months ago and still is not fixed. during the winter they plowed the drives up to the garage doors. the snow was piled up so high after they plowed I couldn't even see the lock. I asked if they could clear it, they told me there would be a "clearing of snow charge" to do so that had to be paid up front and it would be cleared with in 5 business days. I am handy capped and could not clear it my self so I had to wait until the snow melted to get into my unit. the location is convenient. about all the place has going for it. read more

I was able to go in the office the same day to meet with her and sign my lease. She gave a thorough tour of the property and explained my lease. The location was clean and very organized.
