My estimate was extended even after seeing how few items I was moving, but I was told that once an actual end time was established, I could call for a refund of unused time. 9 days and 5 calls later, they refunded most of what I was owed. The movers gave me an official end time, and their office charged me for more. I am sick of fighting and calling, they can keep the additional money I was owed and I just learned a lesson to not use or recommend them to anyone.

They treated everything like it was their own and were prompt and professional. Of all of our moves over 50 years this was hands down the best. Dave and his crew were amazing on the packing and load out and Dave personally handled the delivery flawlessly. And in an industry noted for bait and switch, the price was exactly what they said it would be in their not-to/exceed estimate. You'd be crazy not to give them a shot.

Dave arrived on time with Roberto and Edison and they did not stop working until the job was done. They were kind and patient and helped us with transporting boxes we packed ourselves (that were not going into storage) into our own cars. They kept a detailed account of the packing during the day and the job came in just under the original quote. I can't speak to the efficacy of the packing job since it will be a few months until we retrieve things from storage but based on my interactions with this company I expect any damage or concerns will be handled professionally. We would definitely use this company again.

Upon delivery, she promised, verbally and in writing, that my missing items (valued at $950) would be delivered by the end of the month on another move. I paid in full (my big mistake). Two months later, I never got my items and she ghosted me-- she even went so far as to pretend to be someone else who possessed her 'lost' phone. Of course she answered the lost phone when I asked someone else to call her. She only finally responded to me when I threatened a bad review. I told her to pay me for the items she kept, or ship them to me. She promised to ship them. Never happened. Use this mover at your own risk. She is an amateur who oversold and under-delivered.

We were very pleased with Sam and the crew at B & B Moving and Storage. After a cross-country…read moremove, we had a lot of stuff in several PODS to unpack and a pending rainstorm, with a definite deadline at the end of the day. Sam showed up with extra people, walked through the house to come up with a plan, and executed flawlessly. I am surprised at some of the negative reviews - perhaps the expectations were not aligned? For example, given the additional people needed, of course our final price was above the initial one...but that should not have been surprising, and any misalignment was completely allayed by a brief conversation. In short, an excellent experience with a potentially difficult move. Thank you, B & B, for making it easy!

The owner was one of the men and he hardly did anything. There was one young guy who was the only real mover. The other man, although polite, was quite old and huffing and puffing. They ended up breaking a piece off of my mother's dresser. Of course they said it was there. I feel they took advantage of me as a single woman. When they were there, he charged me more money to take the furniture up the front steps because he said, "I didn't know there would be steps" They did not stay the full 3 hours and charged me $1,800. A complete RIP-OFF. AVOID! I've used other moving companies and never had this issue. Thieves in my opinion.
