I asked the manager if she was aware and she said yes, they had a tenant in the 100's building who brought an infestation with him. The appropriate thing would have been to inform the tenants. I'm sure they are quick to reach out for payments, should be the same when there is an issue on their end. I cleared out and went down the street to Extra Space Storage. I also needed to return a car hauler and the Uhaul truck itself. The office manager Mary was able to get me a unit and I was also able to turn in the equipment I rented on this long journey across the country. Mary made this process seem less and simple. I was treated like a person not a number. She was polite, professional and courteous. So I downloaded the truck and turned in everything. I received an email the next day with the turn in information. Later that afternoon I received a phone call from Mary. She said I didn't lock my storage unit all the way and that I should come lock it up. Again she was polite and made sure I was aware of the situation. So if you are looking to rent equipment to move or need a little space in your house this is the GO TO place I would recommend. I have lived in the Bell county area for about five years now and this place is top on my list (I have rented from several other places in the past during deployments) Thanks Mary.
