Extremely happy with the service I've received so far. Had a great experience with the ladies in the office. They were able to get me the store unit I wanted as soon as one was available. Only took a few days. Very clean property and they have a great security system. read more

Poor management by operations director. If you post a negative review he will try to have it removed. My experience with amys attic has been a dirty oil stained unit, broken hallway door, and inconsistent, not as advertised climatized temp in unit. read more

There is no one at this place to help. And when you call the office number the manager Lauren that answered does not want to meet you at the facility and wants you to drive out of your way to 317 location to rent a unit at this facility. Thank goodness there was a storage across the street that helped us out and we were able to rent and move our stuff in. And yes my mother hung up on the manager why keep talking to someone not willing to help her. read more

This review is for the Amy's Attic on 317.I came to pay my bill on sat @12:05.They wouldn't open the door and take it .Monday was a holiday(4th of July).I work 20 hours straight so couldn't get in to pay until Tuesday.I have always paid early but the Holiday messed me up.The manager called to tell me i was late and they were gonna charge me a $10 fee even though this was my first time.Which made me "mad" so told her i was gonna leave the facility.When i came to get my camper ,the code was changed.I went into pay my "late fee" and the manager billed me for the whole month plus late fee.I reported this to the main office.They called me to " troll " me about what i pay for covered parking down the street and promised to take care of it.Never heard from them again.There like the mob...Don't miss a payment! Doesn't even matter that a holiday and 5 minutes took 2 days that i could of payed.The place was nice and clean but customer service sucks.Been 2 years and i still am pissed. read more
