He did not offer to replace it or offer me any kind of compensation for destroying the table. Even though I offered him blankets to pad the furniture he told me it wasn't necessary, nor did he adequately strap down the furniture, and he was transporting the furniture on a cloudy day and didn't even use a tarp. I was lucky that my furniture was only rained on a little bit and didn't get ruined that way either! We delivered furniture to two other peoples houses and one of the ladies who received the bed told me she found them to be very rude. They completely dropped her mattress in the dirt and grass and acted like it was no big deal -- twice! They should have had straps to help them move the mattress. I told them they were moving a bed! They were moving a dresser and two nightstands to another home and forgot two of the drawers in the apartment so my friend had to come over to get them. They assured me the drawers were there but clearly they were not! Overall I cannot recommend this mover and I would caution anyone who values their furniture to wrap it in bubble wrap before letting TruckR handle it, or better yet, find someone else.

They were hollow and grout was already cracking. The LVP were laid in half of the house with many many errors leaving the floors incomplete and needing to be pulled up completely and relaid. He refused to listen to my concerns and request for repairs. He then left the jobsite on 12/02 and did not return. He refused to finish the work correctly and refused to refund any of my deposit. I am now out cost in labor and extra cost in flooring that I will have to replace. He is also refusing to pay his employees, and leaving my home unliveable. If someone recommends this guy RUN the other way. He does not care nor does he back his work or respect the homeowners property. He left trash all over my house and my yard, cutting wood INSIDE my home leaving dust and wood piece on the ground laying wood floor over it.
