It is the worst mistake choosing this dealer! The finance officer is irresponsible. It took two months to get full refund after we had called them for many times. Still, two checks I received had the incorrect amount! We got email notification for service, I called and confirmed. I worked there. They would give cash for some incentive bonuses / selling other items along with the car. and then tax you on the check. No problem. Except they would tax you but never gave you the money. The managers would steal it. I paid 20% on money I never received. It cost be hundreds in taxes. I should've know something was amiss from the get go after I specifically requested Citadel for my loan and they came through with Wells Fargo. Was told that I needed to pay another $100+ diagnostic fee for my car to be looked at. My sister and fiancé had a horrific fire on 2/23/20 and lost everything including car keys. Nissan would not assist replacing either key and wanted to charge upwards to $400 for both keys. Then they were informed them in order to make the keys they would need to get the cars towed there which would have been another $400. ***BUYER BEWARE**** DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership. My wife and I met with CLIFF ROBINSON regarding a used 2015 Nissan Rogue, after we agreed on the price of that vehicle and went back to meet with their Finance Manager, TY JONES, the dealership then sprung on us an $895 charge that was NEVER discussed or presented to us prior to that time. To make matters even worse they already made modifications to our insurance policy AND cashed our check. Ty Jones admitted to us that this was not handled properly but when asked to make it right and remove the charge Ty Jones' response was that this information is disclosed on the website, and we should have seen it there. Here's the problem, went saw the car in person and was never on the website. This matter was then escalated to the Sales Manager, General Manager, and even the Owner and no one stepped up to the plate to do the right thing and remove this charge that was never disclosed. THIS IS VERY UNETHICAL DEALERSHIP, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Now a day later, they still haven't issued back a refund of our $5,000 check that they cashed BEFORE we consummated the deal. Time heals all wounds? Absolutely not! My beloved Volkswagen died on me last year after 300,000 + wonderful miles on the road. I have always purchased used, and usually have opted for the reliable "beater." I decided to purchase a nicer used car through a dealership, with the anticipation that even though I am paying a service fee to the company, the car has been looked over by a qualified mechanic, and maybe some other perks would be added in. After a month of searching I found the perfect car. Yes, it was a slightly higher price than blue book, but this was because the car fax record was so well documented, the car's value increased. It was also a more reliable car, so the dealership assured me. I used my own financing, basically paying in cash. It was a win-win situation right? Wrong. As a condition for the sale, there was an abs light illuminated, that I requested fixed. I also asked for a full tank of gas. They asked me to take it to cherry hill Volvo to be fixed and they would pay the bill. It was fixed, but cherry hill said that Exton would not authorize all the recommended work that went along with fixing the system. When I called Bob, the head mechanic at Exton, he said it was because those fixes were unnecessary precautions that Volvo recommends. He didn't bother mentioning the other things that cherry hill told him about. My guess is that he already knew. On the day that I picked up my car, not only did they send me home with a half tank of gas, shortly after driving home, I started getting a spinning in the transmission at a certain speed. I second guessed myself because it was just off the lot and checked by the dealerships own head mechanic. A few weeks later I called and told them of what I continued to hear that made me uncomfortable. I also did a little research, and figured it was probably a component of the transmission, rather than the whole thing. They asked me to bring it in so they could check it out. Fast forward to the test ride at Exton with Bob and my sales person: the car would not replicate in entirety the problem. Of course! I explained what I thought it was. From the back seat I heard Bob tell the sales associate in a joking way " that's why he never lets his wife go online, because she'll end up believing everything she reads." I gently reminded him that I have ears by repeating what I found and offered some solutions. I didn't want to waste my breath informing him I got my degree in research. His solution was for me to take it back to cherry hill, since they have the specialized equipment to diagnose my issue. So back to cherry hill Volvo I go ( they're wonderful, btw). Tests confirmed a transmission issue and they recommended that it be replaced for around 6000.00! I was devastated. When I called Bob to raise my concerns about this, he asked me to drop it off so they could take it to stillman Volvo, who they work with often. After several days I called to check on it. But first I called stillman. Apparently it was looked over and returned a couple days prior, and just sitting at Exton. No one bothered to call me. I asked what they found out. They said they found no error codes. At this point I was getting livid, and highly suspicious of what was going on. So I called cherry hill and had them take another look at their records. They confirmed the transmission error codes. I asked why stillman found no codes? He said they could have been reset. I then asked if these errors had been found the first time that I brought it to them for the abs? He confirmed that they had, and that they had informed Bob at Exton of the issue. I immediately called Exton. They asked me to come pick up the car. I talked to the manager. They were going to do nothing for me. I asked why if Bob didn't catch it before the sale (something I highly doubt a head mechanic would overlook, but a layperson would spot after driving over 20 mins), he would claim ignorance of the problem after cherry hill told him about it? I also suggested that it was very unusual that codes would just disappear after they had my car in their possession, and took it to a Volvo dealership they had a self proclaimed close business relationship with. Did they not trust cherry hill, or just not like the results? He basically said they did all they could do and that I was on my own, and pleaded absolutely no knowledge of the problem with the car. Hands washed. A few months later, when I could afford it, I took my Volvo to a specialists (amazing mechanics). They fixed the problem. I was right! They also finished the required work necessary for the abs that Bob refused to authorize and a few other minor things they found. It cost me 2500.00. So if you're considering purchasing from this dealership, I highly recommend you go anywhere else!!! Save yourself from the hassle and the attitude and the dishonesty you'll encounter here. Oh, did I mention Exton also over charged me 12.00 in taxes, and still have not refunded me! read more

Just bought an Altima with all the bells and whistles. John McGettigan was our salesperson and he did a great job helping us purchase the car. John took us thru all the new systems but we still needed help trying to figure out how to use the technology. Love the car but still had lots of questions. So back to Exton Nissan and Jessica Bliffen was available to help us. She was terrific! Jessica sat with us in the car while she went over all the new equipment and then wrote it all down in a logical format for us in case we forgot. I'm sure if we called her she would be there for us. This was the worse car buying experience of my life. I should have wrote this along time ago, but am just now getting around to it. I bought a used car from exton nissan about a year ago. It is a 2008 Infinit M35. It was an older car, but when i bought it the carfax was clean and i was told any of the issues it had were taken care of. First day taking the car off the lot and i keep hearing a noise coming from my back tire. So i take the car back and they tell me its snow in the wheel well it should be fine. I keep hearing the noise, so i take it back again and i tell them no something is wrong please check again. Come to find out one of the tires that they told me was good is missing a weight. after that i took the car to my mechanic, when he put it on the lift he told me there was so much rust under the car that it was close to being unsafe. the exhaust had a leak, it needed new tires and brakes, and a whole list of things. Recently after spending about $2,000 to fix the things that needed to be fix my wheel barren and axle needed to be replaced! The car was only $8,000 with 97,000 when i bought it. It did not make it a year let alone 2 months before it was giving me major issues. I did not think the car was going to be perfect being that it was over a 10 year old car, but not even making it a year and spending 3,000 is crazy to me. After doing my research on exton nissan i have heard complaints from a lot of used car customers. It seems to me that they do not do a full out inspection on cars like they say they do. They will let tires go that most places will replace along with brakes. I will never buy a car from here again. I dont not advise any one to buy a used car from exton nissan. I bought my car here about 6 years ago from a guy named Sean who was AMAZING. I know he has since moved on to a different company. He was the perfect salesman -- and I felt really good about my purchase (still do.) However service wise --- I work full time like most people and had a minor repair (broken window motor.) Darren, the service tech, said "we cannot repair windows on Saturdays" and they close at 5pm M-F. Sorry but, I'm not using a vacation day to spend it in a dank waiting room while you repair my window. I went to Glenn Mills Nissan and they got me in right away and fixed the window the same day. Sorry Exton Nissan, you lost out on my repair sale. Businesses that succeed these days are ones that go out of their way to provide customer service -- otherwise you're just a dealership that can do what every other dealership or auto repair shop can do....at triple the price. Worse mistake bringing my car here for service. Horrible customer service from Gaspar & Darrin in service and the service manager Joe Spiller is a total jerk. The technician intsalled a timing chain in my maxima, when I picked up my car and pulled out the lot , 3mins later my car stalled, I had no breaks then the car cut off. My radiator hose was busted at the fault of the inexperience tech BUT the dealership refused to pay for it said the hose was bound to bust because it was worn! My overall experience was horrible even the shuttle service is the worse, they never picked me up from work had to get a ride from a co worker. Stay far away from this dealership. After buying a vehicle with a clean CarFax that turned out to be faulty, I was accused by the sales manager Shawn that me and my fiancée were the ones who did the damage. They lied and never logged my visit into their system. After calling Nissan corporate and opening a case it was confirmed my radiator support beam was bent from a previous accident. It's up to Nissan to do the right thing and admit their fault and make it right but they REFUSE and instead turn the tables to make it seem like you did the damage. Don't buy a car here. They only care about your money; customer service is 100% dead. If you have any problems with your car they will not fix it. Take the extra drive and visit Conicelli Nissan in Plymouth meeting. Upon my arrival Elizabeth Erikson asked me all sorts of questions that were already answered prior to my arrival. Elizabeth took my license to make a copy. I waited at her desk for over 15 minutes before she came back and told me the car was not on the lot. Elizabeth suggested that I test drive another vehicle. Excuse me, I drove over a half hour to test drive a 2017 vehicle in the price range of $21k and now you want me to look at vehicles starting at $28k. Elizabeth was insensitive, and she was not concerned about me wasting my gas, and my time to drive to their location. I will not be doing business with them. I reached out to their customer service staff and I have not heard back from any of their managers. Elizabeth told me their sales manager is Nick Maropis and Naomi from customer service told me the manager's name is Vinnie Perry. They can't be trusted. I was in need of a car seeing as mine kicked the bucket unexpectedly. Found a gorgeous Hyundai Santa Fe 2013 fully loaded on their lot. Went in and felt with a salesman named Kevin. Over the period of 2 days he worked with me to hammer out the details and I got the car at a great price and he even cut it down on the last day before signing the papers. However do your homework on financing before you go in there because I felt that the banks they were dealing with had high APR rates. Other then that good experience here. read more

Purchased 3 cars all together from this location. The latest car we purchased was a pre-owned Nissan Rouge. While talking to the salesman, Sam, I told him it needed to have bluetooth. He brought a car up and told me it had bluetooth. Once we finished all of the paperwork and we got in the car I asked to have the bluetooth synced to my wife's phone. Turns out there was no bluetooth. He promised they would install one for us. 6 months later, still no bluetooth. That doesn't even piss me off as much as the other thing Sam and others LIED to me about. While test driving the car I noticed the brakes felt weird, as if they were warped. I addressed this with Sam and he said he would have someone check it out after the test drive was over. I was told that the brakes are fine and they went through Nissan's rigorous inspection process., but that they might feel weird because the car has been on the lot sitting for some time. Fast forward 5 months later and I just spent over $1000 to replace all rotors and brakes and was told by the mechanic that this is something that the dealership clearly lied about. There was signs that the rotors were previously shaved multiple times, which is why there was the "shaky" feeling when braking. I won't ever buy another car from here, nor should you. I found it strange to see so many negative posts about this dealer. Just under a year ago I was searching for a newer minivan or SUV. I had gone through several dealers and driven a few cars when I went to Exton Nissan to check out a Quest. The sales staff was welcoming and up front and Dean let me take the car to show my family and have my mechanic check it over. I brought it back, slept on the decision, and decided on the Quest as the most practical choice. When I went back I had the usual back and forth over cost, financing, and payments but came away very pleased with the deal from Jeff and my purchase overall. Today I went in for my first service appointment and was again treated very well by everyone I dealt with. I had my traction control and brake lights coming on and off for a week and had explained what was going on and what I needed over the phone before I visited. Brandon walked me through what they were going to do and explained what costs I could expect but assured me that he would contact me before anything major was done. I brought it in at 8am and he called with great news by about 10:30am. They did not need to run a diagnostic for the brakes and traction control because the technician found that the brake fluid was low and causing the lights to trigger. Brandon also explained that it passed inspection but informed me of the things that I would probably need the next time one of which I already knew about and had anticipated. They were honest, up front, and didn't do anything that was not yet necessary. Brandon then reminded me about my free oil change that I had not yet used and before he went and brought my car around from the opposite side of the building for me! I leased a new Maxima a few days from Exton Nissan - GREAT EXPERIENCE I previously leased two other vehicles from the prior owners of this dealership and had to "play hardball" in order to get a half-decent deal each time. But this negotiation (with the new owners) was so much easier. Lincoln Overholtzer was my salesman. He really listened to what type of features were most important to me, recommended that we test drive four different vehicles to make sure I knew the pros/cons of each. Ivana Samsonova (salesperson of Exton Nissan) tried to sell me the vehicle for $43,000 (2010 AUDI S4 white VIN: WAUKGAFL1AA143351) without disclosing the information about the condition of the vehicle that was known to the dealership. The listing said that the car is in excellent condition. Carfax report showed several service records and parts replacements, which made me a bit cautious about the condition of the vehicle. Ivana Samsonova sent me the multi-point inspection report and service records. The inspection report indicated that "Vehicle is in excellent condition. No exterior or interior damage. Overall condition 9 out of 10!" I negotiated the details of the transaction (wire transfer, delivery, paperwork, etc.) with Ivana. She emailed me the purchase order, and I was ready to go to my bank and send the money when I found out the true information about the condition of the vehicle. The previous owner of this AUDI posted information and photos of the car on the AUDI forum and described all the problems this car had. The information was posted on the online forum Audizine: Here is what he wrote in his opening message: "hi All, this is for those who are in the market for a used 2010 S4 So AOA finally came through and replaced my 2010 S4, i just picked up my Ibis 2012 S4 today from Biener Audi in NY...not too sure what they are going to do with my old car but incase they do sell it, here is the VIN...WAUKGAFL1AA143351..just be aware that this car should have a Lemon/Buy back title. here is a list of issues: exhaust vibrations AC replaced twice Supercharger replaced on-going suspension issues thermostat replaced once water pump replaced twice All in all, the car was at the shop for a total of 54 days for all these problems when i returned it today, there was a CEL. i went to AutoZone and had it scanned and it was for a MAF Sensor, so that is another issue to add to the list." I informed Ivana of what I found out about the vehicle. She pretended like she is not aware of any of these problems. I almost made $43,000 mistake and would have run into so many problems with this vehicle. My family purchased a 2013 Honda Pilot in February. we noticed a decent side scratch near the back tire and requested the dealership repair it as a part of the deal. They agreed, and although we constantly had to "remind" them, we got written confirmation that they were to repair it. You would think we would have no problem, right? Wrong. It is now April and still have not received the repair. I email our salesman, Cliff, and receive nothing back. The most I have been told is the repair guy is there Tuesday's and Thursday's, depending on the weather. What does that even mean?! I try to email a time to schedule, but get no response. That being said, reading some of these other reviews where they were under warrenty to get a repair and still had to pay, I'm glad our rep has been MIA. So, exton Nissan, I guess you win, but you're bad guys. You are cliche car dealers and I will not make the same mistake again. read more
